When I first bought our Class B RV I began looking for a local shop that could lift a 10' high vehicle without any issues. That's when I found this business. Tim immediately put it on the lift so we could take a look underneath and wouldn't take a dime to do it. 9000 miles later I brought it back to look over the shocks and struts because I had an extended warranty that would soon be expiring. The warranty company wouldn't cover the shocks but did cover the Ride-Rite Air shock above the rear springs. He had no problem dealing with the warranty company and he replaced everything. I paid the $500 deductible and the Warranty company paid just over $1,500. What a deal! He started on it the moment I dropped it off and had it ready for pickup the next morning. Never especially cheap in coat but Tim stands behind his work and doesn't seem to gouge or mislead. Many times they will work on your car while you wait. While waiting I've seen Tim create custom repair including cages for catalytic converters. Vince was very courteous when I called and I knew he was my guy when he said, "Right on!" after I mentioned that they gave me the best quote. When I showed up, I was greeted with a smile and Vince immediately got to work. I had shipped the order of my Cat Shield directly to the shop and they had it ready. It was their first time installing one on a RAV4 but they carefully went through the instructions and did a great job. Vince also etched my VIN onto the catalytic converter at my request.
