I just paid $27 for an inadequate car wash! The basic problem was hurried initial spraying by 2 men with hand held sprayers. The set up is such that they are not given enough time prior to the auto being pulled forward by the automatic process. I guess this is set to speed the process of the auto wash. I have been going to this car wash since it opened and have three unlimited wash subscriptions for my three cars. They have let the place get very run down, reduced the service provided, and for a while now the overhead brush hasn't worked so the front, hood, roof and rear of the cars doesn't even get touched - they are as dirty coming out as they were before the wash. I am cancelling my subscriptions, which is a bummer because there isn't another car wash that is as close to me as this one. Stay away if you care as much about a clean car as I do. read more

The last three times I've been here my car has left the wash dirty. They no longer scrub the car with brushes before entering the wash, or wipe the car down after exiting the wash. They provide towels, and when I wipe the mirrors and windows, I notice the windows and car are covered in a film of dirt, interrupted with clean streaks where the brushes have touched the surface. Maybe they've stopped using soap? In any case, l need to find another car wash. read more

Im not a big fan of auto washes in the first place, and South shore car wash certainly continues that dissatisfaction! I went there yesterday to get our car washed.. close to 17 dollars for deluxe version... first off no pre wash even with the guy standing by guiding you to the rails, and on the exit, no one to wipe your car down.. on top of that, i found total gaps (especially on the back of the car) where the dirt still resided. the brushes and help had completely missed.. this is not the first time I have encountered this issue with them.. I was planning on buying a book of future washes.. instead I will re wash my car in the driveway this morning in 40 degree temperature. Go away South shore car wash, you are a waste of water shortage on the south shore! read more

This place used to be great. Now trash cans overflow, vacuums are broken, water looks dirty in the car wash. No one around cleaning up with trash on the ground. Lots of dirty towels. read more

Waste of money and no one there gives a rats Fanny. Paid $100 for car wash and interior detailing. They wanted the car for four hours. When they said it was finished the car had not been washed, the interior was lightly vacuumed and dusted - didn't even wash interior windshield - and there were 3-4 big stron men standing around doing nothing. When I told them the detailing was the worst I'd ever experienced, the apparent lead guy took a look and agreed it was poorly done. He then asked for his $100 and said I could run the car through auto wash myself if I wanted. They didn't even offer to wipe it down or to offer a discount. Find somewhere else to throw your money away. In the meantime this business should be ashamed. Terrible work ethic IMHO read more

I have been there many times for a regular quick car wash. You get what you pay for. Car looks good, but it IS NOT a detail. It's a $20 quick wash! BUT. I took my car there for a full detail. WOW. First off, I don't necessarily take care of my cars. I beat them pretty good and don't keep up with the regular cleaning that I should. I pulled up to the shop to find my 2012 Range Rover looking BRAND NEW... Just like the day I bought it. The wheels which were caked with brake dust and looked awful before came out amazing. They did an exceptional job. For $250, it felt like and looked like I had a new car. (Of course it poured rain the next day... But that is Mother Nature's fault... Not theirs!) read more

I really had high hopes for this place but it really disappointed. We called to get our new jeep detailed and the guy said he had a couple of kids there that he didn't trust and couldn't do it that day. Really? If you don't trust them then fire them! We finally got somebody he did trust and the guy did a horrible job. He didn't get under the jeep and left spots on the windows. The owner also swore and acted super unprofessional. The place is also so poorly decorated and looks like an eyesore. I mean, come on, you sit right next to a hardware store that has tons of flowers and plants. It takes very little effort to make your place look nice. Needless to say we won't be back. read more

I have been there twice, now. Never again. Absolutely terrible results both times. People are great, but both times, my car came out with more brown dirty water spots and streaks than when it went in. And while the attempt at towel drying is nice, it really just spreads the dirty rinse water. The dryer in the car wash itself is almost useless. I wish I had read the reviews for this business before I took my wife's car there for a detail. I tried to send the business a review through their feedback tab on their own website and guess what, the feedback tab does not work. I have read the reviews about aggressive staff and management and I completely agree, the manager was aggressive to me and in front of my wife and young daughter. I recently brought my Wife's car in for a detail. as a long time Cohasset resident and someone who is involved in the community I feel shopping locally is very important. I went to the car wash 1 week prior to the to the detail to make an appointment. I meet with the manager (Jim) who quoted me a price. I left the car the night before the detail. I was quoted a return time of 2:00pm. The car was not done on time. I knew it was possible the stains would not all come out. However I paid a premium for the detail and the car was returned unclean to me on the outside and inside, I was first told exterior wash was not included then I was told it was then I was told is was run through the wash but I was charged for a hand wash which it was not done. the same manager said that car had been run through the car wash but the top was dirty as well as the windows and hood, the fingerprints from the attendants and other dirt. I told the manager I was not satisfied and after being at first aggressive he did wash the car again we waited an additional 30 minutes. In addition to the premium price I was asked to pay $20.00 more because it was explained to me that it took them a long time to clean the car. I paid the bill in full, I remain a a very dissatisfied customer, so much so that this is the first time I have ever offered feedback that were negative in any way with hopes the ownership will take my comments seriously, We are a small community and bad news travels very fast and poor service can effect a business quickly. read more

Visited 3 times and each time, results got worse. Soap, brown streaks and lousy wash. While the staff appear to be friendly, after my last visit, they were less than attentive to the old adage "the customer is always right"! The 2 people who troweled off my car made it even messier than it was before going through. What was more disappointing were the scratches they swirled into my passenger side door. I went back to show them and was treated very poorly. First they tried to tell me it was just soap, then when I disagreed and they couldn't rub it off, he proceeded to insult me and say well how old is this car anyway. Well it is an Infiniti g37x with less than 47k miles and 2 years old. Then I was directed to what the "real" reason is, look from an angle he told me so you can see the spider webs in the paint! Yes. That is the reason! Please. My insurance company agent even busted out into laughter at this notion. Save your money DONT GO HERE! Not only do they provide a sub service job, they are rude and nonetheless, arrogant. Had great hopes for a car wash down our way on route 3A but rather travel than go to this hack place. read more
