The young lady on the phone was pleasant and friendly. However, when I got there, there were two young ladies at the desk who looked at me like I had 10 heads. Neither one welcomed me or said a word to me until I said something first. They both seemed so bothered. Overall the front desk staff was not friendly nor were they clear with their directions. The waiting area was clean and tidy. Seemed like I was the only one there. I didn't wait for long. I filled out the form and waited maybe 5 minutes and the MA, I believe her name was Maddison? Starts with an M. She was super friendly and easy going. She definitely knows the area well. I recently moved to the area and didn't have a pharmacy in mind. She quickly asked where I moved to and immediately suggested a cvs pharmacy I am familiar with 5 minutes from me. Shortly after she took my rapid strep test, the provider was in in less than 10 minutes. Dr. Paul Paganelli-- he was amazing! He listened to all my concerns and was super personal. He prescribed me antibiotics and I was on my way!! He made sure to walk me out and quickly sent the orders to my pharmacy. On my way to pharmacy, I received a text saying my prescription was ready for pick up! Amazing back end staff who truly cares.

When I finally get to see the doctor, she would type annoyingly while you talk so she could jot everything down (even irrelevant personal/family matters). so next time you see her, she would just read off her screen, "Oh, you got married, how was it?". C for effort, it would be nice to actually know your patients. I've been going there for 3 years. I thought she was awesome, but after a while, the things she says are actually offensive and not even sincere. I feel rushed everytime I see her. I finally have the courage to switch doctors. P.S. The space has open parking and lower side garage. Checkin is always quick, staff is always friendly. I go here to get my referrals quicker than waiting for a PCP appt. Urgent care is second floor, podiatry is first by checkin (pharmacy is next to checkin). Radiology and labs is further down on first floor. Internal medicine etc is also second floor.

You can always get a same day sick visit if you call in the morning. As a new Mom you have a ton of questions and I love that you can call anytime and speak to a nurse. I have called with so many problems over the years and they always call me back and never make me feel dumb. Definitely recommend!
