Last time I had to take to their facebook page to get anyone to answer my inquiries and even then it took forever to get things resolved. I had to go looking for them to find out there was a problem with my order after it was already a week late shipping. I decided to try again and ordered 2 more frames, same as the last ones, to find out that this year I have to pay an extra fee for my special request - this information isn't mentioned anywhere on their website. My order should have shipped 2 days ago, I've sent 2 emails inquiring on the status of my order and have still heard nothing. I'm really not impressed with this company.
