I had two great seats I could have purchased from ACE Tickets and passed on them due to the tickets Higs posted for sale. They later sent us an email stating they had posted the seats in error and canceled our sale. They have yet to respond to him with a solution to their error. He has already filed a complaint with the BBB and plans on filing one with MA Attorney Generals office. We normally always purchase our tickets for all events threw either ACE or Stub Hub and I recommend using a service provider that finds a way to honor their mistakes and not pass it on to their customers. I myself purchase between 10k to 20k a year in sporting events, concerts etc. I have been too both of the Patriots past two Super Bowls. ACE tickets had once sold me Celtics playoff tickets and when I went to the office by the Garden to pick them up before the game, they figured out the sales associate accidentally booked the game prior. I spoke to the manager and after a few minutes and him making a couple calls. ACE managed to get us into the section that has its own bar area and box seating, keep in mind, this was a sold out game. This is what a FIRST CLASS operation does, it corrects their own mistakes at no matter what the cost is to them. It just takes one upset consumer to pass on good or bad exp with companies to those who are considering doing business with them. This is my first and last time using Higs Tickets unless they honor their error. If Higs does the right thing, I will come back on here and edit this review, if it still views as you read it now, well that tells you everything you need to know about them.

The process to buy your tickets is straightforward and better well detailed since each venue may have a different process. When purchasing your ticket please pay close attention to see if you get to pick your own seats or they would be assigned by the venue. I only choose to buy tickets for events where I get to choose my seats and have never been disappointed with the process or the price paid.

The Friends Experience has been something I have been wanting to do for a while. The location is great! The props are sooo fun. The sets were very close to the original. My daughter accompanied me, she isn't really a fan but a good daughter. Most of the employees seemed to enjoy their jobs and were willing to do retakes of photos and take cell phone photos. A couple seemed bored. My one request was to take the iconic peaking around the purple door photo but they wouldn't do it for us. That was my 3-star comment and maybe a little selfish. Lol but IYKYK right!? Anyway, highly recommend for any Friends fan. I enjoyed it very much.

Ok, after all these years I finally MUST review my beloved alma mater. I can't believe I've waited…read moreso long! This experience totally changed my life for the better. Permanently. I can't truly describe what this high education meant to me at the time and even now. We're talking about the nineties, in which I graduated with a masters of music degree from this prestigious internationally recognized institution along with some of the best international talent in the classical music world! I mean to name just one, the renowned mezzo Denyce Graves was a colleague! Attending NEC is easily one of the best decisions I've ever made in my life. I ended up here, as opposed to Juilliard, Eastman, or another top conservatory because I did my homework! I am a true coloratura soprano and I heard some of the best professional coloraturas in the business and inquired who their instructors had been. The same names kept popping up. Among them was the illustrious Helen Hodam, so I wrote her a letter of introduction and headed from Miami to Boston for the dreaded audition. Best possible news-She accepted me as a student and was able to help get me some scholarship funding. I still can't believe how lucky I am to achieve my dream. The things I learned and the experience I was exposed to can't be measured. I've sung professionally ever since and the technique lasts forever. Also, the closest friendships with even my talented BFF last to this day. Miss Hodam has sadly passed on, but the tradition continues on. I couldn't be prouder to hail from the great oldest free standing conservatory in the US. Thank you, NEC. May you stand throughout the next millennium!

It was and still is one of the favorite places for students to practice and pick up some extra cash. LOL I undestand, Government Center was one of the most profitable. Since then, depending on what city we lived in, we have always found some alum. Many were church organists, but some were voice majors who were paid section leaders and fill-ins on Sundays with the choral. It makes you appreciate how successful graduates of NE Conservatory become in life. Nice!
