While in the drive-through they also needed me to pull ahead and wait extra time because something wasn't ready. When I got home, I discovered that the most expensive item in my order that was more than nine dollars missing from the bag. I called the restaurant and requested they deliver. The item with Uber eats they refused, and they're only resolution was that I could return to the restaurant and get the item. They also did not offer to remove the item from my charge card as a possible remedy. Very very poor service and problem resolution. And in my book when someone charges you for something you didn't get that is theft.
