The menu offers a variety of burgers, including Hamburgers, Cheeseburgers, BBQ Bacon, Veggie Burgers, Southern Fried, Mushroom & Swiss, and the True North, along with an assortment of sides, drinks, and shakes. They also serve beer and hard seltzer. However, it's worth noting that the kids' menu is limited. All burgers are available in Single, Double, or Combo options, with over 30 toppings to choose from. It's a self-serve establishment. We visited during a busy period and had to wait a bit to place our order. We ordered a couple of Southern Regulars, a Double Cheese Veggie, a pop and fries combo, and a Dino Kids Nugget Meal. Despite the rush, the food arrived quickly. The burgers were fantastic--fast food, but they didn't feel like it. The toppings added rich flavor, enhancing the experience. The kids especially enjoyed the dino nuggets. Staff seems really bored by their jobs and don't seem like they wanna be there . Plus the staff as the tell the cashier I was there cause she was sitting on empty milk crates texting. I took the angus beef burger and it was delicious and I love that you can customise and create your own burger. French fries 8n revenge were pretty soggy which wasn't really nice . They also got a counter for La Diperie which is a Ice cream chain in Quebec and that was pretty cool that's why I gave 4 stars read more

Not many people will go to a burger joint and not order a burger. I have a thing for fries and onion rings. We also ordered poutine. I gotta say, the fries here are pretty good. They taste fresh, still have skin, and some are nice and crispy. I think they should be served in a different container instead of a tall cup cuz they will get soggy. So I already like the fries. The poutine has decent gravy. I can't get over the fact that very few places in Ontario use squeaky cheese curds as it's the norm in Montreal. Are they that difficult to supply? If you don't have a cheese preference, the curds did melt nicely. The onion rings have an extremely thick batter. Too thick. I'd eat the fries here again. Maybe even fries with gravy. The burgers served here are humongous. Don't even get me started on their poutine options. I ordered the Hawaiian burger which was slathered with wasabi mayo sauce and grilled pineapple. This was such a flavourful burger. It created for me such a dynamic flavour range. I savoured the sweetness of the pineapple, while feeling the heat of the wasabi. Their burgers were also grilled very nicely and retained a lot of juiciness. Overall, the burger joint serves a great variety of burger options and sides... ALL for a reasonable price! read more

I ordered the true north burger. Burger is juicy. The bacon and maple syrup is a good combination. For a $7 burger, it's a good value for a better- than-fast-food burger. Poutine is $5 or so. It is good not great. What do I mean by that? As you can tell in the picture. It has all the required ingredients, good fries, gravy and cheese curd. It is missing "Harmony." The gravy is too thick, too little and too cold to blend the ingredients! My opinion, fries dipped with gravy, ketchup, or cajun spice might be a better option. read more

I got a Southern fried chicken burger, and the inside was raw. At this price point when your burger is supposed to be a premium burger, you should not be getting raw chicken. Especially when during the pandemic the store is nearly empty, this is unacceptable. Take your money somewhere else. read more

Great food but beyond horrible service. We went around half an hour to closing time but the cashier seemed annoyed about it. I was clearly with someone and I was standing right beside them while they placed their order. The cashier didn't even bother to look at me to ask for my order. Instead she just informed him of his total and when I told her I wanted to order the same thing, she seemed, again, annoyed. Won't be back to this location. Swung by this place after our Niagara Fall excursion. I rarely eat burgers, but the kid & hubby wanted to try. We ordered a 4 oz burger, a mushroom with Swiss & a breakfast burger (basically they had an egg and bacon to the burger). You get a choice of buns and any extra condiments you want other than why is already offered on your specialty burger. Fries were tasty and the poutine fries were good too (per my son). I must admit the burgers (mushroom & Swiss and the breakfast burger) were super tasty. I think the garlic mayo and the specialty sauce hit it out of the ballpark. Worst experience of all time! Manager/owner conducted himself in the most horrendous fashion. His business practices should be published in a book called "what not to do" After I paid for my order, and handed my money over to the employee working the cash register...I witnessed her walk over to my food, after not changing her gloves & handling money she proceeded to prepare my food. It gets worse...she then began to cough & sneeze and never skipped a beat in putting her hands all over/in my food. I then explained that I wanted a refund & I would the leave..the owner/manager came out from the back & told me no because "how can I get paid then" what an absolute disaster my entire experience here was from start to finish. The owner should have politely given me a refund and let me on my way, instead he argued with me until I eventually just said forget it, and I walked out with no refund. I hope you never have the misfortune of having to eat here. 1 Star...& even that's 1 too many stars! Sad. read more
