I just saw the EDITED response by REGAL PLASTICS and it's shameful that they CONTINUE to LIE TO THEIR TEETH. If their personnel's behavior is excellent as they claim it to be, then that's unfortunate! They said they tried to contact us for about a month?!! Show me your phone records of those so-called efforts of trying to contact us! And oh, by the way, we won the case because our CC company NEVER heard back from them. They have NOTHING on their defense. Keep up with your LIES and bad karma will keep following you around. ------ NEWEST UPDATE: as of today January 24, 2018 BUYERS BEWARE!!! And take note of these names: JASON NAVARRO (salesman) and JACOB MEIDEL (general manager). These people disgust me! They don't own up to their mistakes and have continued to ignore our calls. This company did not only deliver FAULTY products, they also LIE TO THEIR TEETH!!! Not only that, someone from their company SIGNED ON OUR BEHALF (that's ILLEGAL!). THEY SIGNED the paper that indicated they delivered the products in "good condition". And THEY submitted that "document" to our credit card company. The document was signed by a certain HUBERT BRANT - someone we DO NOT KNOW!!! It's been MANY MANY months these polygal products has been sitting in our garage and we cannot use that space hoping they will take it back! And we have no way of taking it back. We disputed this purchase with our credit card company and they just stacked up MORE LIES claiming they sent us "quality" products. Also, shortly after I posted the first review (with all the pictures evidencing the numerous dents on all of their polygal), somebody from Regal Plastics called up my husband ASKING us to remove the review. And then threatens that they won't cooperate with us with this issue if I keep this post. Well, I'm no wuss about a company threatening a small customer like us!! Now they claim that they have pictures proving that they delivered "quality materials". There was NOT one picture proving their claim!!! NOT ONE!!! And we have ALL these photos documenting everything that very same day they delivered it!!! This battle is not over. This review will be posted on every review site I can possibly post it on. And will be letting BBB know about this too!!! Do NOT, again.. DO NOT give this company any of your business!!! Horrible products!! Horrible HORRIBLE customer service!!! ======= We purchased their new polygal product as waterproof pergola cover yesterday. Came in with lots of dents and now they claim we caused the damage. We sent them pictures of the dents and it's consistent among all the sheets they sent. The installers didn't inform us until my husband peeled the cover from the last sheet and found the dents. How in the world can they even know if there's dents on it when there's a plastic sheet on top of the polygals?!!! We contacted them immediately with all the pictures! I'm still very mad and livid at them! First off, they messed up our order and didn't deliver all the sheets we needed. They did come afterwards to deliver the last sheet. But then today they don't want to take responsibility for their faulty product!!! This company is awful! Their customer service is just as BAD!!! We will NOT stop until they correct this!! Be warned!!! UPDATE: They had promised to fix this issue and until then, this review stands. ZERO STARS! I've used Regal before with no problem. The new way that Tyler estimates Regal's products, IT'S JUST AWAY FOR THEM TO OVER SELL YOU!! Buyer beware!!! I had to ask for an invoice 3 x's before Tyler sent one. It was supposed to be sent over, "in a few minutes". While I was in the shop. The invoice I finally received was just one number, plus tax, and the rest of the items were zeroed out. What am I paying for? NEVER AGAIN. Also, being called "brother" by Tyler should have been the dead give away this person is as ignorant, inexperienced, and unprofessional as they come. It is sad to put your trust in a company only to find they turned for the worst. Their closing line on their e-mails shouldn't be, "Work doesn't have to suck"- because WE DO. Let me repeat, NEVER AGAIN! A truck dropped of the material with totally different sizes than what was discussed. I figured there would be waste but this was way more product than I could ever use. When I tried to return the extra material there was a 35% restocking fee for material I never asked for and was calculated incorrectly. And, I had to bring the material to them. My vehicle will not fit the size, nor would I attempt to strap a 6 foot x 16 foot sheet to my vehicle's roof for obvious reasons. I asked the price of the sheet. Tyler's answer was, "I don't know because of the system". I find it hard to believe that the sales rep Tyler doesn't know the cost of the company's products. Again he blamed, "the system's square footage". Also, they were, "In the process of moving" so he, "couldn't get me what I needed". He also said, "the over estimated sheet was a free sheet. So, I really didn't pay for it". No way. No company gives away a 6' x 16 foot sheet of Polygal. What I asked for was not what received, What I was told changed by Tyler's own discretion. He also said, my contractor didn't know what he was talking about when it came to the measurements of Polygal. The very person who told me, "I don't know how to calculate these" [drawings]. I feel so stupid for trusting Regal and Tyler. They can go pound sand from this point on. The cheat you and constantly lie. There not very accommodating. I had them make a L shape acrylic piece 1/8x5x3x59 and it came in to long. To have it shorten and a few modifications it would take a total of 4 to 5 days to do. They were able to identify and sell me more of a mystery plastic, which I appreciate. However, the person who waited on me took no interest in my purpose, did not take two minutes to determine whether they might have anything else that would work as well or better, though I asked. And the guy who cut the sheet brought it to the edge of the dock and stood there like he was going to hand it down to me (I am a 60-year-old woman; that's a little much for me). I just looked back until he finally hopped down and put the material in my car. So points for product and selection, but not so much for service. I realize I am a small potatoes customer, but there were no other customers when I was there, and they would not have earned any less by extending a little basic courtesy. This is my ONE AND ONLY online review I have EVER left with a company. I am that ticked at how our situation was handled. Regal Plastics is by far one of the worst companies we have ever dealt with. We understand proper business standards and Regal Plastics set a new low. We purchased polygal from Regal Plastics in August 2017 from Jayson Navarro. Jayson LIED to us prior to purchasing the material and said it could be installed flat on top of our pergola. The polygal was delivered the next day with an installation manual. Upon arrival, it had dents from screws all over the sheets. I did not sign the proof of delivery paper that stated the order was complete and undamaged because they did not deliver our entire order, and because the sheets had a plastic film on them so we couldn't see any damages until that film was peeled off. When we called Jayson to inform him that the order was incomplete, Jayson accused our installer of not giving him the proper dimensions even though both our installer and myself had given Jayson the dimensions. Regal Plastics delivered the rest of our order that same morning. A couple hours later, I went out to help the installers peel off the film and noticed the damages. These were on sheets that had not been touched by anyone on our property other than the delivery person Ruben. I asked the installers if they noticed dents in any other sheets, and they said all of them. I looked at the other sheets and they all had similar damages. I notified Jayson right away. He accused the installers of causing the damages. The situation got elevated to the branch manager Jacob Meidel. We explained there was no way the installers caused the damages because the size dents were smaller than the screw heads on our pergola. We sent them pictures of the damages showing that and invited them to our property to look at it. Jacob agreed he would come look at it but then backed out the next day. However, he agreed they would replace the polygal with undamaged sheets. My wife had posted a review online the day of delivery. The corporate office in Irving, TX saw the review and said they would look into the situation. Shortly after the corporate office response, we got a call from Jacob threatening us that he will not replace the material if we don't remove the review online. My wife refused to remove the review until the issue was resolved but wrote an update that the company was working with us. The installation manual stated the polygal requires at least a 10 percent pitch even though Jayson, the salesman, said it could be installed flat. I didn't know how to get a 10 percent pitch on our pergola so I asked Jacob for a list of installers that have experience with polygal. Jayson sent me a list of installers and none of them said they could install the polygal on our pergola with a 10 percent pitch because we have a window directly above the pergola. Towards the end of September, I called Jacob and Jayson and said none of the installers said they can do it. Jayson had lied about being able to install it flat, and now it was clear we cannot use the polygal, so I asked for a refund. For the months of September, October, and November, Jayson and Jacob would not answer my phone calls and would not call me back. Upon numerous requests, Regal Plastics will not pick up their damaged material. The only place we can store it is in our garage since they are 16 ft long by 6 ft wide, which means we have to park our vehicle outside the garage. I have not been able to park in the garage for 5 months. WHEN HURRICANE HARVEY CAME, SINCE REGAL PLASTICS WILL NOT COME AND PICK UP THEIR DAMAGED PRODUCT AND OUR GARAGE IS THE ONLY PLACE WE HAVE ROOM TO STORE IT, OUR VEHICLE WAS IN THE DRIVEWAY AND WAS FLOODED AND TOTALED!!! Both my installer and I called the corporate office. We each spoke to a VP, though different people. I spoke to VP Ed Roland, and he forwarded my message to the VP of sales, Jayce Kalmbach. He said Jayce would call me within the hour. I waited all day and didn't receive a call. I called Ed back. Ed said he talked with Jayce and Jacob, and Jacob told them the issue is resolved. I called again and requested to speak with Jayce. To date, I still have not received a call from Jayce, the VP of sales. I was left with no other choice. I disputed the charge through my credit card. In Regal Plastics response to my credit card dispute, they claim that we caused the damages and as proof, they included a proof of delivery listing the materials delivered. Guess what? THEY FORGED A SIGNATURE ON IT STATING IT WAS DELIVERED UNDAMAGED!!! I have no clue who signed it, nor the persons name. I DID NOT AUTHORIZE ANYONE TO SIGN ON MY BEHALF!!!! This company is full of LIARS and CROOKS, and Jayson Navarro and Jacob Meidel are the worst! If they worked for me, I would definitely fire them!!! We will continue to fight this and elevate it, whatever it takes, until we rightfully have our money back. read more

I just purchase some scrap plastic about 2days ago and I can tell you that my visit wasn't pleasant. One of the employee was doing her job and tried to get me a receipt like I requested but her supervisor denied me a receipt. Then he took over and tried to make the sale for himself and he said that will be 20 dollars. No please or anything polite. Then I asked him for a receipt and he told me "I will have to charge you tax" in a manner where it seem as he was suggesting that I was cheap. With anger he then typed up my receipt with an attitude and got me my change with an attitude. I left saying politely for him to have a good day and the supervisor ignores me. I've been coming here now and then since 2002 and have recommended many to come here and never have I ever been treated this way. I hope no one else gets treated this way. read more

He not only was disrespectful and acted like I was wasting his time, he also made me consider taking my business elsewhere which is what I eventually ended up doing. The service is exceptional and I come in with unusual ideas which never stumps (ie acryllic to underline onyx stone, or mirrored lucite to line an armoire/bar, or picture frames with beveled edges). Today I experienced a company that knows the importance of putting the needs of the customer above just profits. I called first to ask whether Regal sold acrylic sized to fit a custom table that previously had glass as the table top but had been broken during the Harvey floods? They said yes but it would be best to bring in the table to get accurate measurements for the acrylic replacement top. I brought the table in and they helped me choose the best quality acrylic and size for the replacement. I failed to ask whether the thickness of the top would support something as heavy as books or a lamp in the center without sagging. After they had cut the acrylic and we placed it on the table I realized there was a problem with center support, which I had not considered. Without any request or hesitation their management team stepped up and said they would gladly take care of my issue, which they did by replacing the top with one of an increased thickness. I am sure I don't have to tell you how pleased I was to have someone say we don't want an unhappy customer and we will take care of this concern. Of course I paid for the difference in the cost of the materials which was more than fair.
