Yesterday was a poor overall experience out of character for Collision Center based on repairs from…read moreyears ago. Passenger side door had to be replaced and driver's side rear quarter panel repainted. This was done to my satisfaction. The problems: passenger side door rocker panel was damaged during repair. I pointed it out to Bob. He inspected it, but offered nothing. He had also told me the repairs would take a week. It took at least twice as long, and there was no apology. My dashboard was still covered in shop dust and there was a rag and plastic scraper left on the back seat. Will definitely think twice about having work done here again.

After finding out about other local company's inability to do Paintless Dent Removal in their own shops, and that they'd have to job it out to someone else, I quickly called Mike, knowing he did everything on-site. The process only took 4 days total, and he delivered the car back in near-new condition. Not a noticeable dent, no pulled paint, not a single acorn dent was noticeable. He was thorough, clean, meticulous, very detailed orientated. The leather seats were covered in blankets while he did the work, and he went above and beyond the quote by removing extra dings and buffed them out, then on top of that he buffed and shined the whole car. As he was going over the financing with his salesperson he was informed him that the purchase wouldn't be completed as the dealership was closing in 20 Minutes. I all my experiences and interactions with numerous dealerships over the years I never had this happen before. That the staff was more interested in leaving than making a sale. One of the staff actually left before we did before we did. Possibly if you go earlier in the day they will treat you better and try harder to make the sale.
