The pipes had already been cleaned under the sink, but it turned out there was a blockage in some old pipes in the wall. He came back the next day and opened up the wall in a bedroom behind the sink in the bathroom. He was able to clean out the pipes and replace a pipe that had been corroded and ended up breaking during the auger process. Brent and his coworker worked quickly to diagnose the problem and also cleaned up everything before leaving. I was very impressed with his work ethic and thoroughness with the job, as well as his honesty regarding what needed to be done. He gives a two hour window when he is coming to allow you to plan your day and his time for scheduling is very reasonable and not far out.
