Honestly advised the connection for the vent needs to be done in the attic, not through the bathroom. It's an older home and the patch for the new exhaust fan had just been done. Didn't want that or the electric messed with. Attic access ensured this. Came home to find the fan was pulled down, sheet rock was damaged and the fan kept shutting off. Had to get the fan warranty, found out he used zip ties to connect the vent pipe when originally there were c-clamps. I even purchased the roof vent to use. Now I have to get the patch in the ceiling done again. He charged me $200 to do this. I hope it doesn't leak, i haven't checked the roof. ​​ He had to reschedule multiple times, I get things happen. Inspector said this in his report: Water Lines: Copper/PEX/CPVC - -Water hammering was noted when multiple systems were running at the same time - this is possibly a pressure regulator issue. Pressure drops at systems running with multiple systems running. Recommend further assessment and repair. Basically if both showered were running at the same time no water would come out. Randy came to the rescue! I was able to get my plumbing needs fixed. I will definitely call them again. I will be needing a new water heater (which he and the home inspector both said I would need in the future) and will be calling them to Install. Randy was a great guy he explained everything for me. He gave me a price cut and dry. Which was perfect. I will recommend theses guys for sure. Randy asked if I was happy he would be happy. That was such a great customer service approach. The pipes had already been cleaned under the sink, but it turned out there was a blockage in some old pipes in the wall. He came back the next day and opened up the wall in a bedroom behind the sink in the bathroom. He was able to clean out the pipes and replace a pipe that had been corroded and ended up breaking during the auger process. Brent and his coworker worked quickly to diagnose the problem and also cleaned up everything before leaving. I was very impressed with his work ethic and thoroughness with the job, as well as his honesty regarding what needed to be done. He gives a two hour window when he is coming to allow you to plan your day and his time for scheduling is very reasonable and not far out. Sometimes same day, or a few days later, depending on the situation. I will definitely call Brent again when I have plumbing problems that need to be fixed.
