The sod they installed looked dead and used. They said they were going to put in top soil but wouldn't return my emails about when. They demanded I pay the day that they finished. And I'm glad I checked their work because I had to have them come back because they pulled out a bunch of small sprinklers from my potted plants and hadn't replaced them. They did replace them promptly. The real problem came when I gave them a less than stellar review. It was not at all a terrible review. It was just the truth. The owner then began harassing me. And he continues to. I'm sure he thinks because I am a woman that lives alone he will intimidate me into removing it. I won't. Pretty incredibly unprofessional.

Victor Saenz does an excellent job of communicating and staying in touch with clients. All estimates and work start on time as promised. The work was done quicker than I expected. The work and materials appear to be excellent quality. I hired Victory Construction to replace a roof, turbine, and repair a water damaged ceiling. Apparently they do a little of everything. The roof appears to be better than what it was when it was new. The ceiling was expertly repaired and one can't tell the ceiling was ever repaired. The ceiling came out better than what the way I was told it would come out. I work graveyards so I sleep during the day. The crew was very respectful of the fact that I am a day sleeper and they didn't make any unnecessary noise. They also took measures to protect my property. They covered anything they worked near to avoid damage I would highly recommend using Victory Construction, and I plan on using them again in the future.

Stucco work around the windows was very uneven and messy. Stucco was slopped onto our brand new windows and screens, our cement patio and our patio chairs. After I cleaned up their mess from the stucco work, the next working day they spilled paint once again onto our new windows and screens. I asked that they use drop clothes and plastic to protect where they worked, but they ignored this request. Every day the workers left their lunch trash on site. They never cleaned up after work each day. After alerting the company that their workers were not very good, it took over two months for the supervisors to inspect the work. Victor agreed that the work was not professional. At least he had the courtesy of not charging us the final payment because the work was so bad!

I was called within the hour and my appointment was scheduled. Before the appointment, Jayson called ahead to tell me his name and what he would be driving so that I would know it was him. He showed up 15 minutes early. This is amazing considering most people show up late. He was kind, polite and courteous. Because my roof was over 20 years old, I assumed my roof would not be covered by my insurance and I would have to pay for the whole thing. He walked me through the steps of filing a claim with my insurance and even met with the adjuster to survey the roof and make sure all the damage and code violations were noted. They actually convinced them to cover the cost! All I had to pay was my deductible. The roofers were all friendly, fast and efficient. They took their time making sure all roofing debris and nails were picked up. I couldn't be happier and the roof looks great. I also got multiple calls from Jayson keeping me in the loop and making sure that I was satisfied with their work. Two thumbs up!
