We saw Nurse Practitioner, Natalie, yesterday. She walked into the room without introducing herself and started out the conversation dismissing and downplaying why we came there without obtaining information or assessing my son. She was very condescending and not thorough at all. I do not normally write poor reviews especially because I also work in healthcare. I know the struggle, especially post pandemic. She said she had to contact "their" Health partners rep to make sure this was accurate, which I know this to be false as I have worked in Pediatrics for 16 years. My son who is 4 was sick and I was running 3-5 minutes last and I called to let them know and they rudely told me not to bother coming in as I was already late and told me to go to urgent care. The staff is rude and unprofessional. The office manager is the same way and are confrontational.
