However, there have been three trips more recently where the ac has not been functioning. Once in August last year, and again July 27 2026. For the more recent trip, I asked the attendant if she could turn it on and she politely said she would try. No luck. The fans for ventilation above the seats were also not working. When I got off, both the driver and the attendant were apologetic about the ac not working, saying they were very uncomfortable too. When I called customer service to see if there was anyway to incentivize me to continue using their service after I left this trip sweaty, I was told the ac was working. And both the driver, the attendant and the mechanic said there was no issue and the bus was 70 degrees the whole trip. Nicole in customer service then said she is not comping a ride then hung up. She didn't even catch my name, or reservation number. Odd being the first time I called, customer service said they don't talk with any of the mechanics. Also, both the driver and the attendant admitted to the ac not working and they too were uncomfortable. If you want to take a two hour ride with no AC in the middle of summer then be gaslit when you call to present the issue, I'd suggest taking the jitney. Call and ask to talk to Nicole for a rude representative who will then hang up on you. Highly recommend the LIRR at all times. Awful experience and horrendous customer service.

After making two separate efforts to clarify why Precision's price quote was so high and why the Lowest Price Guarantee wasn't being honored, I went with another company. Muhammad's response appears to indicate that the companies that gave me price quotes were somehow inferior. Precision has been in business 18 years, and the company I went with has been in business longer. Precision's price quote was much higher than the competition and was for a Cadillac or Volvo sedan, not the beautiful new black SUV that picked up my girlfriend. Lastly, the professional chauffer that was our driver, was impeccably dressed in a black suit and tie. Our driver had over 30 years experience as a licensed, professional chauffer.
