I was walked through the process on the phone, and then was able to get any questions answered right away via text. I felt confident when I booked all of the rides, the morning came around and the cars never came, the phone was never answered (I have been trying for almost 3 hours), the text messages have not been answered, and my voicemails have not been returned. At first I was understanding, mistakes absolutely DO happen and even though this was a VIP client that ended up being picked up by a production assistant rather than a professional driver, I was more than happy to work it out, however, because they are still dodging my calls and texts AND had me prepay for all of my rides, I can't help but think this is a scam. Use a different company.
