I asked for a refund and was told my case would be reviewed and someone would contact me by email- still I word. I have been a customer of Sears my entire adult life as wee my parents. I've been meaning to update my review on my dryer. A few months late but after a few days of…read morepurchasing my dryer, which is still in good condition. The only issue was that the timer doesn't work. We weren't sure if the clothes were drying before the timer went off but after the 3rd day of using it, we left in the morning to run errands for a few hours while drying clothes for 30mins and when we returned home later that after noon the dryer was still running. I do recall the sales lady highly recommended the Roper dryer while I was interested in other dryers. But of course she swindle me into purchasing the Roper to which I should have returned within the 7day refund policy. Timer may not be a big deal but As a mother of two, full time student, and full time job, the timer would help a lot so the clothes don't burn or shrink or increase my gas bill.

It's always been a bit of a challenge working with Change-maker as appointments for service will be made REPEATEDLY and no one shows up. Calls and texts go unanswered, save for the occasional apology and promise to be out "next week". Well, the weeks have added up to months and my patience is through. This is simply not the way to treat a customer. If you are no longer servicing an area, say so. If you are too busy and don't want to provide service, let a customer know. I found a vendor that actually keeps the customer happy by returning calls, arriving approximately when they promised and provides service. WHAT A CONCEPT.
