I was denied a RV loan because I had a 3 month deferral of an auto loan while I had cancer and couldn't work. The auto loan is now paid off.

When I arrived, I was met by Haley and she was wonderful! I let her know that I didn't have much time but that I wanted to look at the car, get a value for my trade and get an out the door number as soon as possible. I went to look at the car while she started the valuation on the trade and getting the numbers I requested. I appreciated that she gave me space to look at the car without hovering over me the entire time. I was able to call my husband and talk through things with him without feeling like I was being watched (we all know the feeling at other dealerships). They took about 25 minutes to get the value for my trade (very quick!) and then we had the numbers I was needing and I was headed back home within about an hour and 15 minutes total. I came back that evening with my husband to purchase the car. We were able to send over some information in the meantime so the paperwork was ready for us when we arrived. Haley was quick, professional, and very helpful with any questions we had. If you're hesitant about shopping here, don't be! We had a great experience and got a wonderful vehicle at a very fair price. Ask to work with Haley if you can, she was fantastic!

In my 37 years on earth, I have never encountered a car dealer so intent on not taking my money. It…read morewas really almost Twilight Zone weird. So I have an appointment, right? My wife had discussed 4 different vehicles with a rep ahead of time. Get there and the "phone rep" and in person salesperson are different people. That's fine. It's the digital age. I get it. Except that whatever notes they have on the computer only list one car because "that's all it has room for" and that one car juuuuust got sold (right), but we can look at the other 3. But then we have to figure which vehicles those were all over again. Frustrating, but ok. We want a car. Oh, but we can only drive two of the three, because they are understaffed, despite the 5 people behind the desk alone just having a conversation, and that somehow means they can only check out 2 cars per person. So if I want the 3rd, I can't test drive it. Uhhh ok, well I know which way I'm leaning so I can cross one off I guess, whatever. Anyways, the salesperson grabs 3 sets of keys. I was looking for some engagement here - someone to talk to use about the vehicles, ask questions to, etc. Nope. She hands us 3 sets of keys, tells us 2 are on the left, 1 on the right, go check them out yourselves. Really starting to feel...unwelcome? Like an annoyance? I decide to roll with it anyways since we took the effort to come out. Inspect two vehicles, but cannot find the 3rd for the life of me. Walk the whole lot, come back in, find our rep, ask her if she could come out with us to find it. She legitimately just tells us to make another lap, maybe it's around the corner. I just kind of stand in shock for a moment, but ok, I head back out to sell myself this car I guess. But it's nowhere. Just me walking around for 20 more minutes hitting the button on the keys, going row by row, through the whole place. There isn't even a car matching the description. At this point, I'm frustrated and go back inside to once again ask for some help, except she is gone. Really, all the salespeople had cleared out except one helping a family with paperwork. I just stand in the lobby, holding 3 sets of keys, with nobody to even give them to so that we can leave. Someone finally comes out of the back after 5 minutes. I put the keys on the desk, tell him we have no idea where our rep is, but here are the keys and we are leaving. On the way out, I tell him that just a little more engagement would have been nice here. He tells me he understands. And that's it. Nothing else. So we left. Just like...do yall not want my money? I wasn't trying to haggle. There wasn't really even much of a conversation. Is this like a self-service dealership where you just pick a car and leave? Just such a weird and off putting experience. With all that said, save yourself some time and move on to the next spot. I don't even know what to make of it all, but these really don't seem like people that want to sell cars, talk to people, or...run a business at all.

Highly recommend avoiding this dealership. I bought a car in January and immediately started having…read moreserious issues. Requested the owner rescind the sale within a week and his response was "take it to a smaller mechanic shop and repairs will be cheaper." The ad specifically said there were no mechanical issues and the mechanic I went to said there was no way they didn't know there were issues. So either they lied or their mechanic is inept. I was waiting to write a review to give a tally of repairs but unfortunately it is still ongoing. Have had 2! check engine light repairs, over $5,000 in repairs so far and am scheduled to go back in the shop next week because the AC isn't working properly. This car has been a tremendous stress for me as it's my sole transportation and I drive all day to see patients in their homes. Shame on this owner for selling unreliable vehicles and claiming (in writing) that they are issue free. If you consider this dealer, which I advise against, I absolutely would not buy a car unless you have it checked out by a mechanic of your choosing first. *Only positive was the sales staff were friendly. Edit: The owner called after I posted this review asking me to change it and then called me a profane name. Highly unprofessional and abusive language. Unbelievable.

I found the car I was searching for, and we drove 100 miles from Waverly TN to give it a test drive. When we arrived, I was surprised, they didn't have anything "decent" at all. Every single automobile was in "immaculate" condition and appeared to be as good as new. As a small business owner myself, I am so very impressed with this small privately owned business I would advocate everyone in the market for a used automobile to access their website, shop their inventory online, give them a call, and make them your first and only stop. No use in the excruciating hassle of going from lot to lot trying to find a decent automobile. They are all at Angel motors Inc. Everything on their lot is top notch, and these are absolutely fine people to do business with. I can't say enough about how pleased we are with these folks... A rare find indeed! And well worth the drive.

I called him back the fowlling morning, told him I was purchaisng, asked him for a bill of sale to get to my bank and let him know I would by and pick up the car for isneopction that afternoon. He accpeted my offer and agreed. Four hours later he called me and told me he sold the vehicle. AFter spending an hour trying to arrange finacing, getting insurance ready, and arranging an inspection, he pulled this stunt. He either knew somehting was wrong with the car, or recieved a better offer and sold it to that person after he comitted to selling my the car. EIther way, its's bad business practices that neither I or any reputable dealer would use. He will likely respond to this review and state that he was not left a deposit. He never contacted me once when he was cosdering selling to another customer after we had agreed on a sale. I will never do business with Global Selections now or in the future and suggets you strongly consider this review.

They have the car for 3 days then call saying its fixed but if the light turns on call him back. I drive the car one more time to Nashville and on the way back guess what check engine light turns on. I call Ali tell him its on but now the code says turbo charger is the issue. Ali basically says oh well its as is. I spent over 11k. This isn't good business. I've looked through the reviews and multiple state they believe he is just having the codes on cars cleared and then selling the cars knowing they need work. No wonder he pushed the warranties so hard. He knows he is selling lemon cars. Do not spend your money here. Worst experience I've ever had buying a used car. A good dealership would take the car and fix it if the car hasn't even been sold 4 weeks and its throwing codes left and right warranty or not.
