I was greeted by a gentleman when I arrived and he offered water/coffee and showed me where the restroom was located just in case I needed to tinkle *wink. Payton was the absolute best! I told her what my problem was and identified the targeted areas. Based on my responses and her suggestions, I decided to get the Hydrafacial and added dermaplane which is exactly what I needed. As I waited for my appointment, the receptionist was calling the doctor to ask if it was normal that her son had white diarrhea with his medication. I was listening to this and the sounds of saws. Other than that, my last appointment was fine except the facialist suggested Botox for me which I found offensive. My appointment today was scheduled for last week, but I awoke that morning sick. I called New Image at 8 am, as soon as I possibly could, and left a message explaining the situation. Later that day my husband received a call informing him I had missed my appointment. When he told me this, I called them and explained that I had left a message and the receptionist was very rude and said I would need to pay for the appointment. I explained to her that I did not have 24 hours notice that I was going to be sick, as is their policy. She eventually agreed to let me reschedule. My appointment was today and I was taken to the room five minutes late and released 10 early. If you are going to charge by the minute, you should give the customer the whole time. ($99 treatment) The treatment was supposed to be a scrub but was rushed and rough and then I was put in a big tub that looks a bit like a tanning bed. It had mildew all over the inside. I was disgusted by this. Very disappointed. Don't buy the Body Glow if you do go. I only gave one star for the original massage I had last year.

I don't want to spend too much all at once, not because we can't afford it, but because it's just who I am. I have a complex with spending too much at once, even if we can afford it. Recently, I visited Brows & Beauty for lip filler and cheek filler, and used Cherry to check out as I've done at other local aesthetics offices before. This time, however, I was charged an additional 10% ($124) merchant fee on top of my balance just for using Cherry. Samantha told me, "if you use Cherry, it will be an additional 10% merchant fee." I questioned it. They claimed it was based on credit, but with an 826 credit score, I know that's not accurate. After paying and leaving, I reached out to Cherry and found out that charging a merchant fee violates their contract (see screenshots of my chat with the Cherry representative as well as the Cherry contract). I also learned their merchant fee is much lower than the 8-10%+ Brows & Beauty has been charging clients since 2022. This feels like dishonesty and taking advantage of clients who trust them. Upon learning this, I filed a complaint with Cherry against Brows & Beauty, and feel compelled to now let others know what they are doing, as I feel it is morally wrong. Imagine being so greedy that you impose an extra 8-10% fee on clients who need to use Cherry, simply because they can't afford the $500+ for Botox upfront and just want to feel good about themselves. Some people are already struggling financially, and Cherry offers an alternative - only to have them charged extra on top of that! Charging extra fees when it's against contract is a choice, and not a good one! I decided to share this on my personal Facebook page, so others could be aware that if they visit Brows & Beauty and choose to check out using Cherry, they are not allowed to be charged the Cherry merchant fee. Brows & Beauty saw my post, and decided to make a dancing reel about it, mocking my post. I am glad they found humor in stealing money from their clients for nearly 3 years, because that's ultimately what they were doing by imposing a charge they were not supposed to add on, per their contract. Do better Brows & Beauty, or remove beauty from your name, because what you are doing is ugly!

When I was able to get my MRI, Dr. Anderson contacted me and told me that there was nothing to operate on because it was just edema. I was flabbergasted. How can someone have edema in the same location for over 10 years, that does not go away with rest and only continue to grow. Dr Anderson just didn't want to do the surgery, but he did informed me that it would be considered an cosmetic surgery that my insurance wouldn't cover, so I would have to pay out pocket. My own provider doesn't believe it to be edema. I was distraught because 2024 was a painful year and this improvement for.my well being was something that kept me moving forward. I hung up on Dr. Anderson then later spoke with Jamie office manager and requested my refund and was told she would have to check with billing. Jamie did I check with billing when I paid to have the procedure??It's been almost 2 weeks and I haven't received my refund. I talked with Jamie again today and was told that it was passed on to administrators and because I hung up twice on them they were thinking about discharging me as a patient. What service did I received other than conversation. Now it looks like I will have to take legal action just so I can receive my own money back. You don't have to worry about discharging me Jamie or Dr. Anderson why would I stay

Dr. Anderson came highly recommended from another highly respected general surgeon. It took two procedures due to a significant amount of internal scaring. I love Dr Anderson's unique personality. There was one visit that was not so good for me emotionally following the first procedure.
