Or how he put me at ease with my computer issues under a minute of talking with him? I have some 20-year-old computers that I fear have pictures of my son that I never printed or saved in any way. I found them when I was cleaning out a closet and I panicked realizing that perhaps those pictures are lost forever. I called Brian and he picked up the phone right away. I was plugging a cable into the wrong HDMI port. AG Tech Repair answered my text questions, didn't brush me off and say it was fixed, and eventually had me send them a picture of the back of my desktop and quickly identified what my temporarily braindead self was doing.
