We've dealt with regular sickness, needing follow up appointments, have had a broken foot, we've needed specialty referrals and they've always done everything quickly and have been so kind to us. Dr. Roque and Ms. Fain have always listened to my concerns and addressed any issues immediately. I've watched how his staff has been cussed at by parents and they've always kept their cool. Now there is a nurse practitioner there and she is also a great doctor and a wonderful addition to this practice. We always recommend our friends and family here! The office is always clean, as well as their bathroom. We love Dr. Roque and his staff!

I have since researched hypnosis curing anxiety and found that it could possibly relieve it. I haven't read where hypnosis could cure it. I spent a lot of money for these sessions, but to no avail. I know Dr. Smith has helped people lose weight and deal with trauma, but he sold me a bill of goods that didn't work for me. I am very disappointed, especially since I couldn't really afford to waste those funds, which I communicated with him upfront!

After examining it he said I might need a root canal. Since he was not certain about it, he referred me to a root canal specialist who could give a second opinion. I appreciated that. How often do doctors ask for 2nd opinions? The front staff are super friendly people. I always look forward to seeing them and talking with them. The waiting room is modern with modern art. The music they play is very pleasing to be the ear. It's soothing and puts me in a relaxed mood. They have their own WiFi to connect to. The restroom is easy to see in case you want to brush your teeth before you go back. My husband and I always look forward to our appointments with Dr. Bullards office!

They have a refill phone line where you talk to a machine....worthless in most cases. It says allow 3 days for your RX to be filled. 1 week later, nothing, Then I start calling and I get nothing but he's out of the office for the next few days or some such notion and that they can't help. After 2 years of this I decided that I would have my pharmacy request the refills....and a week later, they have not received a response either. What is a patient to do? One of the ones I requested I did it 2 weeks early to be on the safe side, but the other is set on autorefill with my pharmacy....meaning as soon as they see I have zero refills left, they request a refill from teh doctor. I have had to go through the office manager at his office on numerous occassions to try and figure out what is going on. 99% of the time is that he has received the request and they are just waiting.....I'm just not sure what he is waiting for. Mind you, I work for a doctor's office myself and understand that you cannot handle everyone as soon as they want things to be done....waiting is normal. However when you get into weeks...something is seriously wrong. We've in on this merry-go-round for a few years now, I think it's time for me to get off of it. Too bad he's a good doctor.

While I haven't had occasion to visit Dr. Clingan for chiropractics, I've only heard positive things about him. As for the physical therapy, I experienced good results in treating a pinched nerve in my neck. I found the (all lady) PT staff quite likeable. In particular, Lisa, the head PT lady, has a pleasant personality well suited to listening to patients describing their ailments and then troubleshooting them. She never made me feel like I was just another problem to solve so she could move on to the next task. Also, Amanda has a playful demeanor that made performing exercises more enjoyable. And Heather the receptionist was always bubbly, and I suspect it's her singing "Everything is Awesome" in The Lego Movie. I appreciate her efforts in scheduling my sessions to fit my schedule. Now it so happens that when it comes to bills, I'm presently self-pay (with a medical cost-sharing plan in lieu of traditional insurance). So I appreciated the staff being supportive in this area; for example, I felt that Lisa and Heather were trying to sell me no more PT service than necessary to solve my problem, as opposed to milking it like some would. The atmosphere in the gym-like PT wing was pleasant; with Christian pop/praise songs played in the background. Most of the clientele were senior citizens, although I did see a couple of high-school athletes who were recovering from sports injuries. Lastly, I'd like to commend First Choice's cervical traction machine--I like to call it the neck stretcher. It makes the neck feel like it's being yanked on, but I'm convinced it immensely helped me. In conclusion, if I ever require more physical therapy, First Choice will be my...first choice.
