On a road trip from Athens without the car? Take Southeastern Stages to a connection with Greyhound. Buses are only twice a day, one east and the other Southwest. Hidden inside a Texaco fuel and convenient store is a ticket counter to assist. The phone is working but not picked up to often so you might need to call several times or call Greyhound who can also assist. The gentleman at the counter was very professional and polite. read more

The rooms were really comfortable and clean and our bed was very comfy and the bathroom was spacious and sparkling clean. The general design of the place is modern and chic. There's a cute lobby with a nice lounge/dining area, a Jittery Joe's coffee bar, and a gorgeous common area outside, too. I was also surprised to find that The Rialto Room (a music venue I've seen pop up in tour spots of bands I'd love to see) is located in the hotel and we'd love to come back for a show there. Overall a great spot to land when in Athens!
