Your man was late and I'm penalized for it?! This is some Joe Biden a** backwards logic. I would go elsewhere for any important transportation services or you'll deal with being overcharged and being late for an event.

As I reached out to this company and decided to move forward with their services based on the reviews for my daughters prom which was a special occasion and one that we were all looking forward too. Unfortunately I had a horrible experience! I should have cancelled and went with my gut instinct after being promised an email confirmation of my reservations multiple times by the owner Marcus to not ever receiving one until the day of in which I had to call to request literally 3 hrs before the pick up time. Then the driver was 30 mins late which was disappointing being the group had plans to make a stop for food before prom and this would make them late getting there due to driver being late and the distance to prom location, however the driver more than made up for his tardiness. He made the entire experience better. he even offered to buy our group of students their food for being late which was simply just an oversight that we were very understanding of. But the horrible experience came from the company itself not the driver and I do want to make that clear as the driver was very helpful in even trying to assist me with our issues. And I later learned he was a contractor. Here's the biggest problem, the next day I notice additional charges to my card over the price in which I was quoted by over $150.00. Then there was a second charge that showed up which was not authorized in over $700 then a 3rd charge in over $700 and then a 4th charge for the actual true amount. All of this after speaking to Aida who promised a resolution/refund and a returned call back before the 3rd charge was even showing. And I never received either a refund nor a call. The next day after being promised a call I never received I contacted Marcus, in which he was very rude and unprofessional when I reached out to inquire about the unexplained and unauthorized charges. Prior to this we had pleasant conversations and I was looking forward to providing this service for my daughter and friends we even discussed using them again next year before all of these issues. That will obviously never happen. There is still at this very moment almost $3k in unauthorized charges pending on my cc Acct from them and the bank is suggesting to deactivate the card which is such an unnecessary inconvenience to me for simply unethical charges from this company. Marcus was very nasty on the phone when I simply called to asked about the extra charges and to request an immediate refund. I do NOT recommend this company. Also, according to the GA sec of state the company status is canceled. Wish I had researched this before using them. Maybe this can help someone else avoid similar problems. I hate to have leave these type of reviews for businesses but this was just very unethical and I was given no sympathy or no apology for all these unnecessary charges. It saddens me to have to write this. But this is just unacceptable!

I used National Parking at a recent stay at the Double Tree in Smyrna right by SunTrust Park. From…read morethe minute I pulled up the guys staffing this valet were nothing but professional and courteous. I parked and retrieved my car at least a dozen times during my stay and every time no matter the valet attendant it was the same great service. When you initially park they ask you for your cell phone number and text you a link. Inside of that link it takes you to their internal site where you can click on retrieving your car. The great thing is it tells you exactly where you line up in retrieval. I will tell you it never took more than 5 minutes usually less to retrieve my car. In most cases I would click on the retrieval button and before I even got downstairs my car was already ready. What I also liked is the fact is each time I was met with "Have a great day", "Welcome back to the Double Tree", " How is your evening going" etc...a true class act.

They use fake reviews to boost their ratings. They have a janky app with pop ups and is confusing and cumbersome to use to delay you from paying. And if you walk away from your car, they will boot it within 1 minute. $75 to remove it. The parking lot attendant is hiding in an unmarked vehicle car waiting. When I called to have the boot removed and told them I paid for parking, they told me I paid at 8:36 and they booted my car before that. I have a text showing that I texted someone I was meeting at 8:37 when I got to the restaurant and a screen shot of maps showing that the restaurant is a 2 min walk from the garage. They had to literally boot my car as soon as I walked out of the garage.
