He installed 4 structural posts, replaced ties and repaired as needed. He is an extremely hard worker and goes above and beyond to get the job done. His bid included addressing the structural issues instead of just replacing ties at a very good bid while the other 2 contractors just wanted to replace ties and never discussed the lack of dead men/supports in one area of the wall. He cleaned up after he was done and it was left immaculate. I would highly recommend Mark and would call on him again. Very friendly and good man, one of the best contractors I've hired.

I hired Chris for a bold, one-of a kind project: a 500sf 4-season sunroom housing a swim spa. Initially, I was GC'ing the project myself and early on in the project I made a big mistake with the foundation. Chris showed up to give me a roofing quote when he told me he was a GC, not just a roofer, and he wanted to take on the GC role for this unique project. He had already read over the plans and had some questions. It was evident that he was knowledgeable and was going to take his time to do things right. I told him I'd think about it. I went to his website and read the About tab. After reading that and other 5-star reviews, I knew I found the right guy. In fact, I think his greatest contribution was recommending a gable roof over our spa - something my architect and I hadn't thought of. This completely changed the feel of the room and opened everything up! It also saved us money versus the original plan of a roof deck. And when it came time to execute, his team was great. There was only one instance where something wasn't done to our expectations and Chris owned up to it and had it redone free of charge. In terms of prices - He is not the cheapest and he's transparent about that but I don't think he ever increased prices on us. He rounds up with his estimates and regularly gives credits when he overshoots. You get what you pay for with Chris which is hard to say with GCs these days. He uses the BuilderTrend App for estimates, billing and storing progress photos, etc. It's a great app. We had one issue with an adjustment but Chris quickly fixed it. I have recommended Chris to a dozen friends and family and they all have good things to say. Chris' custom metal business cards with engraved blueprints and a QR code embody his craft. His work is quality, custom and bold.

I showed him a picture of what I want and he proceeded to stop and call Luis and explain to Luis what it was that I wanted, they told me that what I was looking for was for them to Stain my concrete floor. I said ok, you're the professionals go for it. After they were done, I called Luis to complain and say , hey this is not what I wanted, this looks itching like the picture. Luis has a couple of excuses up his sleeves and proceeded to say that because of my foundations imperfections the acid accumulated in certain spots and he a different reaction. I said ok well I wish I would've been told, he said no worries, I can fix this for you for another couple of grand, I said fine, just get it right. He promised to get it right , and of course it came out wrong with some more imperfections. Needless to say, they had to re do it and on the third try, they still couldn't get it right. I wish they would've not taken the job from the get go, now it's been 2 months and I still don't have furniture nor the fridge inside the house. 2 weeks after they lay a new coat of metallic epoxy, I moved the stove to reconnect the gas line and while I did that, the floor is heavily scratched because of the stove, after they told me that with the coat they lay on it it would be scratch resistant. Smh it has been a complete nightmare and they want more money from me as well. This was my experience with the company, unfortunately it did not go so well

I was pretty sure that given the distance, traffic, and his robust schedule, he would decline such a small job as mine which was to repair my front door which was not fitting, closing, or locking properly. Kody booked my appointment right away, clearly concerned, and arrived exactly on time. Not only did he fix the door (turned out that the hinges just needed adjusting), but also explained that purchasing a new door would have been extremely expensive and probably impossible to find given the outdated dimensions and high-quality solidness of the existing door. He replaced the weather stripping and installed a new sweep onto the bottom of the door to keep a secure seal. I can already tell that my thermostat is working far less than it used to due to the improvements Kody made. He estimated that I will probably see a $10.00 per month on my utility bills. While Kody was here, I asked him if he would be interested in my hiring him to replace two bifold latticed hall closet doors which no longer fit after I replaced my carpet with vertically higher hardwood floors. I hired three contractors, each of which inspected and declined the job saying that it was an impossible task due to the standard, builder-grade closet door length not fitting. All three suggested that I should hang a curtain in lieu of a door. Kody looked over the frame and floor height and did several measurements to figure out how the problem could be solved. He said that there were doors that he could customize to fit the space. Kody picked them up, sanded them to fit, applied them with 4 coats of paint that perfectly match the existing paint in my home, and carefully installed them. They glide beautifully and look so much better than the building-grade lattice doors I had before, each of which never closed properly. The new doors are solid, sliding doors. The design of the doors perfectly match my kitchen cabinetry doors. For the door installers, it was all about the doors not fitting. For Kody, it was thinking about making the doors fit. P.S. ~ Kody is very tall. Just as he was leaving, I randomly told him that I had a bug that fell from the attic into my bathroom fan light that was impossible for me (5'2") to reach under any circumstance, even with a step stool. Every morning it was the first thing I saw when getting ready for work (ugh). I asked Kody as he was leaving if he could remove it. He reached up, removed the plastic cover, flushed the bug, and replaced the cover. Fewer than 30 seconds. He looked at me, smiled and said "Done!". That's Kody.
