He was paid 50% upfront (over $8,000) via wire transfer, misled me about the price of construction materials (cabinets, etc.), and provided nothing but excuses and delays. LISTEN TO ME...Don't be fooled by the 3D Rendering mockup he provides. It's all a show!! The renovation his so-called crew (unqualified and unlicensed) performed was shoddy and unsafe (wrong screws, multiple random holes in my wall-one that punctured my electrical cords that power my AC unit, etc.), handling tasks that should only be completed by licensed, skilled and COMPETENT contractors. After bringing in certified electricians and HVAC technicians to evaluate the remodeling work (due to being without AC for nearly 48 hours which was caused by his incompetent crew), I was strongly advised by my electrician, HVAC specialist , and close friend who's an electrical engineer, to stop the project entirely for safety as well as professional reasons. He caused more damage to my home and ripped our drywall that should have never been removed...never! Though I was stern and adamant about my budget not exceeding a certain amount, he made repeated attempts to change my mind. Also, he lied about his knowledge of and ability to sand hardwood floors...no one is an expert in everything but he pretends to be. In my opinion, this company deliberately targets single women and exploits them with poor workmanship and lies. Though he came highly recommended by a coworker, I discovered that he only performed a small job but never actually repaired/replaced anything inside of his home. The ONLY reason I decided to award him the job (over $16,000) is because of my coworker's recommendation and my urgent need to renovate/repair my kitchen before I was scheduled to deploy again (first responder and emergency manager). Time was of the essence for me, so I leaped before I looked (conducted research and asked for other references). Trust, I will NEVER do that again. I've lost over $4,000, which he never sent back (all materials never purchased-I have proof). Also, after doing some digging, seeking counsel from an attorney friend, and contacting the GA Board of Contractors, I discovered that his shady business was DISSOLVED by the State of GA in June of 2025 (it's public record...visit the Sec. of State's website, you'll find it there). His business is not even recognized as a valid or legitimate business in the state of GA where he's operating. I also discovered a few other things that I can't speak on due to an open and on-going investigation. All in all, do yourself a favor: hire a reputable, honest, licensed PROFESSIONAL for your home renovation or remodeling needs -- NOT THIS ONE. There is sooo much more I could share pertaining to my experience, which turned into an absolute nightmare. I may have lost over $4,000, but my goal is to make sure no one is bamboozled, robbed and lied to in the way I have been. Don't take my word for it...I have undeniable proof, which is why I contacted the GA Board of General and Residential contractors and have decided to fight instead of allowing this person who lacks character and integrity to get away with wrongdoing. Before you hire this SHADY and unprofessional man, THINK TWICE and take heed to what I've said. I have NO reason to lie. This whole process took two months. Kevin's entire involvement from first contact to finished product was three days. Told me to take pics, gave me an estimate based off visuals of what to expect at least, a time frame of availability and a list of what he was able to complete. Called before he came, showed up and went straight to work as we discussed what needed to be done over the phone. The man works hard, efficiently and with fantastic results. Make sure to go through everything with him when he is done to verify everything was completed. He likes to make sure he did a good job. I had another "mason" do some other work. The grey (some hasn't dried yet) is Kevin's work. You can compare his work to others. He may not be the cheapest guy (honestly he wasn't that far from the cheapest guy I was quoted and ghosted by) but he did an amazing job. Would 10/10 hire this man to replace all of my siding with brick at this point instead of anything else I could use knowing how well this job turned out and the price of everything he did (pull out the bricks, get the still water out from under the brick area, fix other's mistakes, and make sure they were set in correctly and safely).

When there was more dirt than expected from digging the foundation the site manager asked us where they could put the dirt and instead they put the dirt on our lawn where we had specifically told them not to and ended up destroying all of our back lawn. We have had to fix many of his mistakes ourselves such as when we woke up to water pouring into the foundation of our house next to the electrical panel or redoing the siding trim that we paid extra for only to have him hire the framer to do. He will not own up to the mistakes he has made and instead just ghosts us and draws the process out further. Stay away from this disaster of a company.

Lani Finley is a pleasant enough man when he wants to get your business but not so much if you need…read morehim for issues after your roof has been completed. He offers a 10 year workmanship warranty, which is great but what's the point if you have to jump through hoops to get him out. My roof was completed back in 2017 and in eight years after my roof was completed, I called him on two roofing issues. In both cases the first thing he tries to do is blame it on squirrels or racoons. Neither was the case. In the first case I called him because I noticed the bottom layer of a few shingles on the back of the house were bunching up, shifting out of place. Why, because they had not been properly attached to the roof. How do I know this? Because I watched Leandro (I believe this is his name) pull them off the roof like a piece of paper from a coffee table with no resistance. I even checked them when they hit the ground. There were no indications on some to show ripping from attachment points and Leandro confirmed as much. This was definitely a workmanship issue. The problem was resolved and I moved on. Now recently the second case. I was hearing loud noises coming from my roof. When I investigated, I could see two gutter covers had come loose from the back end. The way these are held down is they are tucked under the first or bottom layer of the installed shingle. When I first called Lani on this, I immediately started getting the run-around, "My guys are out of town", "It's going to take a couple of weeks", "was it squirrels or raccoons". As the calls progressed through the day and pictures were sent, I was getting reassured that there were not any real concerns because there should be no roof leaking etc., etc., etc. The feeling I was getting was that there were no concerns and he will get to it when he gets to it. About a week later I call him again to get some kind of confirmation that he is on this and it will be taken care of. My thoughts were why did these gutter covers come up? Was it the wind, poor installation, maybe the first layer of shingles came loose as in the first case? Well, that call didn't go very well, "It's too far and inconvenient for me to send someone", almost like I won't be seen until his crew is working in my town. There was no real reassurance as all I heard were more excuses. I get it, his guys are busy they do a lot of roofs, there's weather to deal with, but when you get more excuses as to why they can't fix the problem then why they can and you get told "maybe you should get someone else to fix it", this tells me customer satisfaction after your roof is installed is non-existent. Then when you tell him any inclinations about your concerns with the workmanship warranty, you get called names and the phone is immediately slammed in your face. Well for his information I did have a different roofer come out. Not only does he do roof installations but he also installs gutter covers. What he confirmed was that the gutter covers were installed under the second row of shingles when they should have been installed under the first row of shingles giving them better coverage to keep them down. For clarification no one but Lani Finley's installers have been on my roof since it was installed and these covers were on before and after the roof install. If that's not enough the roofer pointed out a bottom row shingle at the front right portion of the house that was slipping down off the roof. All of these are WORKMANSHIP issues. Now I have to hire a different roofing company to fix these issues. For anybody reading this review, is this really the kind of person you want to deal with if you have post installation issues. As a matter of fact, I believe I know Lani well enough that his reply to this review will be, I'm to blame at fault or unreasonable and he is in the right. I even went as far to calling him back to apologize for our discussion as he seems to get triggered very easily if you even say the word "WORKMANSHIP". He did not pick-up and I haven't heard from him since. This is not a great way to keep prior customers happy.

Chris, our project manager was stellar and was on site during most of the construction and stayed in constant contact during the entire process. Our 44 year old siding was literally splitting and had rot in several places and the soffits were angled and looked dated. Willian and his team of craftsmen squared off the soffits giving it a updated modern look. We paid a 50% deposit to get on the schedule and I was able to pay that by credit card without an extra fee, which was appreciated since it allowed me to get reward points on the purchase. A crew of three guys came out to the house early in the morning and completed the job just before dark. They did a phenomenal job. Each step was documented with pictures to show where rotten decking needed to be replaced, and an explanation of everything. Despite already being reasonably priced, Thomas gave us a nice discount for the extra decking on the final invoice, which was a happy surprised and very much appreciated.
