Went to a brick maker who sent me to a seller who sent me a list of numerous people. I contacted them all until I found Kevin and answered (didn't even have to leave a message). This whole process took two months. Kevin's entire involvement from first contact to finished product was three days. Told me to take pics, gave me an estimate based off visuals of what to expect at least, a time frame of availability and a list of what he was able to complete. Called before he came, showed up and went straight to work as we discussed what needed to be done over the phone. The man works hard, efficiently and with fantastic results. Make sure to go through everything with him when he is done to verify everything was completed. He likes to make sure he did a good job. I had another "mason" do some other work. The grey (some hasn't dried yet) is Kevin's work. You can compare his work to others. He may not be the cheapest guy (honestly he wasn't that far from the cheapest guy I was quoted and ghosted by) but he did an amazing job. Would 10/10 hire this man to replace all of my siding with brick at this point instead of anything else I could use knowing how well this job turned out and the price of everything he did (pull out the bricks, get the still water out from under the brick area, fix other's mistakes, and make sure they were set in correctly and safely).

He answered all of our questions and explained everything very thoroughly. We also needed to have our siding replaced and Wesley said he was happy to work with any siding contractor we chose. He offered to demo the deck and install new flashing and ledger boards before the siding was replaced, then come back and install the new deck after the siding was done. Wesley said they would get a permit and inspection. While the other deck contractors either took several days to send a quote or ghosted us, Wesley sent a very detailed and competitive quote with better/best options hours after meeting with us, and we hired him. We met Kym at the showroom in Kennesaw to look at all of the decking and railing options and were very impressed with everything. We decided to go with the Trex Transcend Lineage Jasper and Trex Signature Black aluminum railing. Kenneth came out to take measurements and followed up with awesome renderings showing the deck from five different angles. Eddie, Thomas, and Carlos demoed the old deck and installed new flashing and ledger boards in one day. After the siding contractor replaced the siding, Eddie returned with Israel and Antonio to build the new deck. They finished the deck in seven days and it looks amazing, a night and day difference from the old deck. Our favorite details include the post brackets that secure the posts to the concrete while keeping them off the ground and away from water, the switchback stairs, each decking board is one continuous piece (no butt joints), color matched screws, and the cocktail rail. The inspector said "they did a nice job for you." We were very impressed with the entire Brawner team, love our new deck, and give them our highest recommendation.

He has been completely unprofessional. I do not know if he is over extended or going through personal problems, but he paid zero attention to our project. He was unable to place our windows order correctly and pitched a fit when we stopped him until he realized ordering the correct ones would save him money. The windows have been in for over 6 months now and still do not function or seal properly. He has shown no respect for us or our property. When there was more dirt than expected from digging the foundation the site manager asked us where they could put the dirt and instead they put the dirt on our lawn where we had specifically told them not to and ended up destroying all of our back lawn. We have had to fix many of his mistakes ourselves such as when we woke up to water pouring into the foundation of our house next to the electrical panel or redoing the siding trim that we paid extra for only to have him hire the framer to do. He will not own up to the mistakes he has made and instead just ghosts us and draws the process out further. Stay away from this disaster of a company.

He installed 4 structural posts, replaced ties and repaired as needed. He is an extremely hard worker and goes above and beyond to get the job done. His bid included addressing the structural issues instead of just replacing ties at a very good bid while the other 2 contractors just wanted to replace ties and never discussed the lack of dead men/supports in one area of the wall.
