After the sale no concern by the dealership all the way to corporate for the product they provided. I found spots on the console that their detail shop could not get off. the decision to not replace it and let warranty take care of it was made by the team there. they took pictures and never did anything. It took 2 months to get my vehicle registered because of messed up paperwork. After many calls by me and others they finally got tired of hearing about it and resolved the paperwork issue. No offer to compensate me for my inconvenience and when i ask for something a joke was made to give me a ridiculous list of stuff i didn't ask about or want. No value for the consumer after the sale is made.

The next day I got a phone call from my salesman Charles and we got the car ordered I wanted. When I felt better I went to the dealership and met Charles Webster. He was awesome!! The car was exactly what I had wanted but the previous owner had smoked in it. I was hesitant to buy it but thought I could get the smell out. I could NOT. Two days later, Charles helped me to find the exact same car with no smoke smell and I was able to exchange it within a week. He was kind,patient and above all went the extra mile!! Their standards must be so low you have to dig them up. Don't believe anything they tell you at CarMax. And Corporate is no help.
