I was very impressed by their kindness to myself and my dog, besides getting a tour of their grooming truck which by the way was very clean and nicely equipped, I couldn't be more satisfied with the service that was provided! He made sure my dogs had no fear and gave excellent care since I didn't need to see the veterinarian and it was a routine vaccination. I will update once I go back and do see the veterinarian. One thing to know, however, the price of a spay is quite expensive here. I will be going to Tri-County Animal Clinic in Sevierville for my dog's spay which will be about $100 less. It's a very clean office as well with an exceptional veterinarian. It's just a very long drive for me. Both are great vets depending on where you're located.

But I needed them done quickly and this was the only place with openings. Now I know why. Now my dog is very sick and been pooping excessive amts of light colored poop. They obviously fed him ALOT. His pancreas is acting up and I don't have the funds to take him to the vet because she refuses to refund my money . Oh... I asked for a refund because when I was finally allowed to get my dogs after 6 pm they had not a single hair cut off their body . They were sprayed with dog perfume and got a triangle of cloth ties around their neck only. Also they were left in an enclosed area with many dogs thru out the day and my dog with a torn acl can barely walk now . He was supposed to be enclosed and restricted because I had taken his brace off to wash while he was being groomed . Also, my 14 yo is very reactive to being touched now. I'm trying to cut some hair off the pads of his feet so he do t slip ( and she didn't do it ) and he hunkers down and shakes hard while trying to pull away from me . He's never done this. He loves to be groomed until his time with her . She has traumatized my dogs ! I'm worried Josh might die from a pancreatic attack! Please do NOT take your precious dogs to this nasty, incompetent place! It's horrible and the owner is ripping people off by NOT doing the job she's paid to do!
