They only see your child every 6 weeks not 4 weeks and if you are 10 minutes late they cancel you and you can not get another appointment for another 6 weeks. The doctor has cancel our appointment 2x now and he can't get seen for 3 months. They say they will call you if they have a cancelation but they never do, but they make sure they take your payment ever 4 weeks. They have no room for any emergency because the doctor does not work here full time only once a week my son had a wire cutting him in the back of his month because of his teeth moving and he had to wait 3 weeks for them to cut the wire i asked if we could come pick up some wax or something from them they said they don't offer it.
