He took care of some issues which concerned us and listened carefully to us while he completed his work. We have found all of the technicians from Noosa over the years very competent and Alex did not disappoint. It has been a pleasure working with Noosa over the past 5 years and we will no doubt continue to enjoy that relationship over the next few years. When we've had concerns, they responded accordingly. We once had what appeared to be wings around the house. They came, took a sample and had it tested. It turned out to be organic matter dropped from a nearby tree. We were surprised that they did this and didn't charge for it. They service our crawlspace and Alex took readings to assure us that our dehumidifier was fully operational. When he did not hear back from me, he wrote me a letter expressing his disappointment in how everything was handled by his team and offered to complete the contract and the added work at no extra cost to me. It would all be completed for the original contract price. He was also there to supervise the entire project. Here is where he really impressed me. Before leaving we chatted a bit. We got on the subject of other house projects and I mentioned I was looking for a plumber and told him my issue. He asked to look at it and in 5-mins had resolved that issue and probably saved me several hundreds of dollars. There was no mention of a fee, of which I would not have approved, as I was unemployed at the time. SIX months later, I was still unemployed and I received a bill for $125. I spoke to a woman there to let them know I was still without work and surprised by the unauthorized bill. She was less than understanding. Two months later I finally found work and before I could pay them they turned me over for collection despite my situation, my open communication with them and the unauthorized charge. I called to make the payment, which was deducted from my account, and two weeks later the collection agency is still sending me letters. I suppose it will depend on whether or not we need to involve a lawyer and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau to determine if we ever use them or not. Had birds in bathroom fan vent, along with bird mites in bathroom, and asked to have them removed and vent cap installed. Technician showed up and reeked of marijuana and said he was allergic to birds. Probably the wrong industry for him. He removed the nest and installed a vent cap, but did not solve the problem of bird mites that we discussed. I was told on the phone by owner Chris that they would use a brush tool to clean out vent tubing and spray solution in the vent to kill the mites. That didn't happen and the technician told me to just spray Lysol in the bathroom fan. Lysol kills bacteria, not bird mites. They asked for payment of originally $199 and then somehow it climbed to $273. I told them I'd be happy to pay if they came back out and actually solved the problem we originally discussed. No phone calls to come back out, only text messages and they never answered the phone when I called. I came home one day to find the same weed-reeking technician leaving my property after having gone in my back yard, through a gate, and climbing a ladder to rip the vent cap out of the soffit while my wife was home along. I arrived home as the technician was leaving and tried engaging him, telling him as I'd done numerous times before over their preferred method of texting that I'd be happy to pay him if they performed the services they described and solved the problem. He refused to talk. The police were called and we are now pursuing damage to property (for the mutilated soffit) and trespassing charges for entering a gated property without homeowner present and without consent. I would steer clear of this company at all costs and not recommend them to my worst enemy.
