Did we run into issues with weather, timing, etc? Absolutely, however the team went out of their way to provide suggestions and recommendations along with working 7 days a week from sun up to sun down to keep as close to our project completion date as possible. Throughout the project, the team listened attentively to everything that we wanted and they answered all of our concerns and questions timely and to our satisfaction. The attention to detail, customer service, pride and craftsmanship deserves a 5 star rating. Our project was completed at the end of May and it has turned out to be just what our family needed. It is beautifully designed, it's relaxing and can be used year round and the end result exceeded our expectations.

I had to call them 2 times and email and then they showed up. never got a hold of anyone but the answering services. 2. Bad communication, they don't reply to emails and only reply to calls if you are lucky, they do not give you updates while on site unless you initiate it. 3. Did bad job trimming limbs off tree. 4. sod has gaps in it and seems more cut up than it should be. parts of it where brown when put down and have gotten worse even with water and sun. 5. dumped excess mulch and the tree branches in the hill of my neighbors backyard, probably thought it's mine but it's not and i don't want it either 6. I ordered 2 pallets of sod but I suspect I'm missing around 150 sq ft. and there was area to put it. 7. they were supposed to try to go around the healthy grass so that the sod could go further. I can't hold it against them cause the key word was try but when I went out the morning they did it they started there with the machine. not in the bad areas on the side of lawn by driveway. They drove the machine across to the healthy patch on the other side of yard and started there. Even after talking to the supervisor a couple days before. 8. There were several wires found cut. laying with the trash they were taking away. I suspect they cut the cable line which I don't use and a grounding wire. It wouldn't have been so bad if they just told me about it instead of me walking around after the left and finding stuff. 9. I got the bill today but there was no discussion of doing a walk through of their work. 10. they left site like it was done on 5/30 friday. Didn't show up on Monday so I called cause they still hadn't trimmed tree and didn't put sod where they took out the bush by the garage. They came back once to do tree last week but didn't finish. came again yesterday 6/10 and finished tree, suck job of course, dumped tree limbs in backyard and put the sod where bush was removed but they were supposed to also take it slightly in front of it. i had talked to both the guy that did the quote and the onsite supervisor about it and still missed it. Only time will tell if the drain works. Let's pray. I'll put pics if this lets me.

Lang McLeod, the owner, was a referral from a good friend of mine who had used Morning Dew for a project in his yard. Seeing the quality work they had done in my friend's yard, I reached out to Lang shortly thereafter to schedule a site visit / walkaround so we could talk through the work we wanted them to quote. From that point forward, I knew we had made the right decision in working with Morning Dew Landscapes. It was an overall highly positive experience. To my wife and I, one of the most critical aspects of working with a contractor is, clear, consistent, and timely communication. The alternative to that makes for a frustrating, often upsetting experience. Thankfully, Lang is an effective communicator and is timely with his responses. That alone made for smooth sailing throughout the process, starting with the site visit and continuing through the price quote, scheduling of the work, and completion of the project (which included a couple of "pivots" along the way). Lang's knowledge of local flora and how/where to place it, and care for it once planted, was invaluable. The entire job, which I had assumed would take weeks, was done in 4 days! It took them 2 days to do the entire landscape project, and then came the "pivot" once it was done.... my wife and I decided it was worth the money to go ahead and install an irrigation system to protect our sizable investment. They were back out at our house the next day, carefully lifting the sod they had laid the day before to install the irrigation components. At no time did I witness any cutting of corners or lack of professionalism from the subcontractors Lang had assigned to the job. Everyone was great to deal with, knowledgeable, professional, and clearly committed to delivering a quality end result. We are thrilled with the outcome, and will hire Morning Dew Landscapes to do work for us in the future, starting in a couple of months with some limbing up of trees and trimming of some bushes that we've let get out of control over the years! I give them a 10/10 and highly recommend that you consider Morning Dew for your next yard project.

Juan Reyes was fantastic and listened to our wants and needs and went above and beyond in making them a reality! Hafid made certain that the process was seamless from materials delivery, and waste collection. Chris, our project manager was stellar and was on site during most of the construction and stayed in constant contact during the entire process. Our 44 year old siding was literally splitting and had rot in several places and the soffits were angled and looked dated. Willian and his team of craftsmen squared off the soffits giving it a updated modern look. What was most impressive about Willian and his crew was that they were all equally skilled, so no one had to wait on anyone else for measuring, cutting, or installation. Victor came right over, cut and fitted wood reinforcements into the cabinet, swapped in heavy-duty screws, and completely rejoined the back panel. The cabinet is ROCK SOLID.
