I know they may have a lot of good reviews, but it's the bad ones you need to pay attention to. They sent out a contraction to repair one small spot without telling me it would not be their company showing up. The contractor hired to help fix all of their mistakes/inferior or competent employees. Owner and Manager have admitted that the job that was performed at our house on our garage floor was not done properly and needed another coat of urethane on top. It has taken them over a year to respond just to tire marks that will not come off of our floor. we are very familiar with this type of flooring because we had the same stuff put in our other house 11 years ago and did not have one issue. We also used garaginization to do that floor so we used them again because we were happy with the first time. I spoke to the owner over a month ago." I told him they needed to hire someone to remove our items from our garage and place them back and they were finished correcting their mistakes. He said they would not do that because that was not in their policies. I said you are the owner you have the right to make exceptions. The only thing he's willing to do is put another coating of urethane on top, but expects us to pay to have it moved and stored in a small unit in our driveway all over again, even though it was obviously their mistake. Listen to your voice listen to this review because it can't happen to you. I have posted several notes with text messages and voicemails attached to this review so there's plenty of documentation to back up what I'm saying. If you are an upstanding company and make a mistake, I believe you should do whatever it takes to correct the problem even if that means moving the items in and out of the garage for the homeowner. Why should the homeowner have to hire someone to move the stuff again if they don't wanna do it, then he needs to compensate us for us hiring someone to do it either way he's not going to do anything about it, and expect us to move it in and out again.and do the right thing by the customer, especially when they spend a massive amount of money to get this project done and have admitted there was a mistake. The employees who laid the floor no longer work there I'm not sure why they left but they are definitely incompetent. If they have quality control measures in place they would not have this issue but they do not and they are terrible about communication and returning your calls. The only time I can get them to call me is when I leave an updated review. It's very sketchy when the owner's number belongs to someone else now. Is he hiding? Update Kidd finally came out and looked at floor and admitted it needed another coat of epoxy. I asked them to help remove the items since it was not our error and we already paid to have this service plus a storage unit to do it. He said they don't do that. I asked him to speak with the owner. Kidd said he was going to call my husband back that day since he arrived early at my house. They will not respond to calls or texts for over two weeks. We have been ghosted. Even though they admitted to failing to properly cover the floor, they will not return our calls. Terrible company Doesn't respond to calls or issues needing to be corrected. Rude office employees. Tire marks all over floor that can't be removed without acetone. Another company told me they did not apply enough top coat so tires will consistently leave permanent marks if not removed without acetone acetone. Didn't respond for over a year.

They randomly showed up unannounced and then didn't show when scheduled. When they did, they were more interested in saying how good and competent they were. Usually they were surly and talked more about their experience than doing the work. Well, they were here 4 times before they got it right! And the fourth time it took Fred working side by side them to solve the issues. Because of them, I can only give 4 starts. To Fred's credit, he did not tell us the name of the glass firm and he took full responsibility for them. I recommend Kingdom and would use them again. Just insist on a different glass vendor.

With the exception of a materials delay, he met the initial timeframe on one and, due to the materials, finished the second only two days after timeframe but we were aware and okay with the extra time. Most days someone was here by 8 am. They worked most of the day, focused on details, and cleaned up before they left each day. Erick was always accessible answering or returning most calls within an hour. We agreed on a budget for both projects, we paid him as milestones were met, and his estimates were reasonable. We did supply sinks, tubs, faucets and tiles. All in all, we were very happy with our results. We would hire him again.

A commercial came on for a different flooring company then a light bulb turned on . In that moment I remembered I hadn't replaced the flooring in my kitchen , pantry and laundry rooms. I made a call spoke initially with Joycelyn who answered my call. She found my info in their computer system from 5 years ago . She found an appointment the next day with a window of arrival 0900 - 11:00 am. They aim to arrive at the earlier time of the appointment. My service advisor was scheduled the next day , June 6, 2024 . Later, that day before my appointment , I received a text with a picture of the advisor Fabien D. with his contact number . Fabien was running ‍ late for our 9 am appointment the next day he left a vm . I missed his call by 2 mins but called him back. I wasn't upset but relieved to receive the voice message. We had good conversation when he arrived at my home . Fabien , was attentive and listened well. Fast forward to today . My installer Florencio A. actually arrived earlier than 0900. Again no complaints I rather a early arrival than a late one . . I gave Florencio a tour of the three spaces kitchen , pantry & laundry rooms that he would be working on . He caught me off guard as I was trying to move the last few things that needed to be moved . I am a disabled Navy veteran. Florencio was cool , calm and collect . He didn't gripe at all . FLOORING DIRECT - The floor installer Joe took shortcuts and it's a rushed job. It's supposed to be…read morea two-day project, but they rushed through this job within one day. Poor and incomplete workmanship in terms of removing and reattaching my baseboards. I instructed Joe to just leave the baseboards alone and keep in place after he removed some of them and claimed that they were damaged. So, then they tried to sell me on getting new baseboards for the whole house but I rejected their suggestion. However, Joe didn't care about what I wanted, and they still went ahead and removed then lowered my baseboards after installing the new LVP flooring on the first floor of my house. They left these long, unpainted, exposed, and ugly drywall gaps. They also damaged some of my baseboards and like I said, left behind these long wall gaps in several places. Joe didn't even bother to inform me about the difference in baseboards' heights after reattaching them to my walls. I had to find out about this myself after the floor installer had already "finished" and left. After I texted her my concerns and my complaint, the sales lady Kathy just kept telling me that it's "normal" to have these long exposed wall gaps. She even suggested that my newly hired painter could just paint right over the rough and uneven gap ridges, without incurring additional expenses on my end. Oh really. I'd sure love to find out how much my new paint contractor would charge me just to repair these wall gaps!! Hire this flooring contractor at your own risks.

Some brickwork is cracked around suspended arches and cornerstone decorative pieces (e.g. above garage doors) but obviously has been for decades. I specifically called Cornerstone because I wanted a serious contractor who does actual poured footings, not that stacked cylinder mess that could actually crack your foundation worse as they use your house for the jack leverage. Dave was on time, courteous and (given that our appointment was in the middle of the Viral Apocalypse) understanding that I was working from home instead of 'off' for the day of our appointment. We spoke for a bit, he outlined everything well and asked pertinent questions about my reasons for calling, then got down to work inspecting...and recommended no work be done at this time. I offered to pay a service charge but he said that wasn't necessary. We did follow up on the phone briefly (I was busy when he was finished) and I am strongly considering coming back to them for some drainage improvements here and there as precautionary measures.
