He was on time and provided a quote based off of our final selection. Two guest bedrooms and the master were to be converted from carpet to laminate wood flooring at our house in Princeton, TX. On the day of the install, the head installer (Baltazar) showed up on time. It took him two days to complete the job. Couldn't be happier! Very friendly and professional! Texas Elite Flooring came in and demo the existing tile floor. This was not self leveling because the professional tile company that we had to hire to do our floors had to scrape it off the floor. It was like mud and the floors was not level. So happy we did not use Shae to lay our 72x10 tile we would have had a mess. Please do your research before you hire this company. Not the professional tile company we were lead to believe, don't fall for the professional website that looks like he has a crew that does tile Jobs. We paid him $7500 and all he did was remove the old tile and leave garage in our front yard for days. His crew also broke one of our toilets and never replaced it. We are owe a refund of the money we paid for work that was never completed.
