Flooring was delivered the day after accepting the quote, and the install was scheduled within a week. The subcontractors they used were fantastic! We were told that it would probably take 3 days for the project, but to plan for 4. They got it done in 2. Which was very surprising because we discovered the wood was glued down and they had a terrible time getting it removed. I had wood flooring in the den and bedroom (20 years old) so we selected a product that closely matched the existing wood. Took about a week to get the product in from the manufacturer. Doug called about three days before scheduled installment date and wanted to drop the wood off so that it could get acclimated to the house ( wood expands and contracts based on the humidity etc of the house). They have been in business for 30+ years so they know about the products. The two installers showed up on time, moved the large furniture and began removing the existing carpet. These two brothers are great. My fireplace has a rounded brick hearth that required cutting the brick so that the wood could be placed under the hearth instead of trying to cover it with 1/4 round wood. Now it looks like the fireplace was built on top of the wood floor. Total job took about four days. No way it could have been completed in less time. If a large franchise company says they can do it in one day. Don't believe them. It takes 24 hours for the glue to dry, so be ware. Recommend Carpet Connection without hesitation. These people are great.

They cut a big hole in the wall and still didn't diagnose the problem correctly. Their worker had to identify what was really wrong. Then the nightmare began. Over 4 months of a destroyed shower and bath due to their shoddy work ethic and disregard for client satisfaction. They installed a sink faucet on our tub. Imagine that! They left our shower in busted shambles and then got made at us when we showed dissatisfaction. They pulled out of the job with our bathroom shower and tub in an unusable state. Owner threatened me with violence. Another owner lied and cussed at my wife. Then they sued us for a balance of $1200+ for the unfinished job they left. I had to hire an independent contractor to finish. In my opinion, these are the worst of the worst. Angry, rude, unkind, dishonest. Negative 50 stars. Run from them.
