In January 2022 Eric the owner of this company came out and did an estimate for my landscaping. I have a medium size backyard (3600 sq ft) and was having general yard cleaning, a sprinkler system and sod installed. I was told that they could begin in late February or the first week in March and finish before Masters. They finished at the end of May. IT TOOK THEM FOUR MONTHS TO DO 7 DAYS OF WORK! The owner Eric and I had already agreed to additional landscaping and sod in the front yard. That was supposed to be done in June, then July, then by the end of the summer. In October I was told by Eric that it would be best if I waited for the sod until March of 2023. They could put the sod down in the fall (of 2022) but it might not make it and that would be on me. AFTER WAITING FIVE MONTHS I WAS TOLD THAT I SHOULD WAIT AN ADDITIONAL SIX MONTHS! HORRIBLE COMMUNICATIONS! I would email, text or call and leave messages. Even after Eric and I had a conversation specifically about this issue, multiple times HE WOULDN'T RESPOND FOR WEEKS OR EVEN A MONTH OR MORE! All along I was being told that the delays were due to lack of employees or materials. I was trying to be flexible with the timeline but was just being taken advantage of. The final straw was when the owner Eric told me that he was having problems keeping up with a new residential housing development that he recently got the contract for. So, HE GOT A NEW JOB AND LEFT ME HANGING, even thought we had been discussing this since January. Finally, this February (2023) I noticed that there were several large patches of dirt where the sod had been laid. I called Eric to see if he would replace the sod. I explained that I was only talking about the dirt areas where the sod had clearly died. He said that he would definitely call me back with a time that he would stop by to look at it. It has been 2 weeks and no contact what so ever. No surprise there. I regret the day I even heard of this company. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!

John, one of the foreman who works for Jon, was ready to provide us an extremely reasonable quote and lower than the competitors. He let us know approximately when they would start and how long it would take. They called the day before to keep us updated. They started early and stayed until it was completed. They did an amazing job!! We had just had some landscaping done in our front yard which surrounded an old oak that had lost a huge limb. We needed the tree taken down as it was hollow. Tre, (who was the foreman for our job) and his crew did an amazing job as well as we're meticulous about the new landscaped area. We were just in awe of how Tre's team could drop huge limbs from a tree without injury to the surrounding lawn. Our neighbors even commented on how clean the lawn looked! They took 6 pine trees down for us and ground them down to a point that unless you knew there were trees there, you would not know anything was removed. Also, we had a very small magnolia tree next to one of the pines and they expertly were able to keep it. We also had a beach gum tree nestled next to a cedar. Hoping we could keep the cedar and cut and grind out the beach gum, Jon (the owner) was able to do that And also grind the stump nicely down. We will definitely come back to this company for our future tree service needs!

We hired Stallion Tree Professional of the CSRA in January 2020 to cut and remove 13 trees and…read moreprune selected limbs from other trees in the backyard. The crew arrived and cut and removed 12 trees and failed to prune any limbs. They also modified parts of the yard so they could use a tracked Bobcat to remove waste to the roadway. When they finished on day 2, they failed to repair and reset the altered changes to the property, left a large amount of waste on site and failed to disclose damage to a brick wall in the front of the house. After several phone call, the owner finally returned and promised a cleanup. After 6 weeks, the cleanup team arrived, removed most of the waste, attempted to reset the damages from the Bobcat and again failed to repair or report the damaged courtyard wall to their boss. I have called by phone to 2 different numbers. sent email and mailed a letter by USPS. Russ Marshal, the owner has refused to answer the phone or the emails and has ignored the letter in the mailing. A report of damage to private property has been filed with the Columbia Sheriffs office. Hire this company at your own risk. Never again for me.

I was greeted by a kind woman who was very knowledgeable. I placed my order with ease and noticed that this location is huge. Lots of original items and knick knacks that would be great as gifts. I wasn't able to buy plants as it was late in the season but I will definitely be back. My mulch order was delivered the next day by a young courteous gentleman. Will be back again to venture into the store more and check out their selection of plants during the season.
