She gave us four spreads to try: orange honey butter, bacon jam, raspberry jam, and apple butter. The biscuits were fabulous, and the orange honey butter was incredible. The bacon jam was another favorite--we liked it so much that we ordered a large container to take home. I make a bacon vinaigrette dressing from time to time and wanted to try using it, and it turned out perfectly. We had coffee and the Surf & Turf Bloody Mary, which was excellent with just the right amount of spice. For brunch, we ordered the sweet potato hash without the onions and peppers and added goat cheese--it was delicious. The bacon avocado Bennie was perfectly prepared, and we added a single pancake that was wonderful because it wasn't overly sweet. What started a little rocky ended up being a fantastic brunch.
