My brothers and I all live in different states around the US while our mom lives in assisted living & skilled nursing community on Signal Mountain. We visit her many times during the year but the closest brother is a 10 hour drive away ... so we can't exactly "hop on over" to check on things. Dr. Porter and the staff at Johnson Audiology have been so incredibly helpful in taking care of our mother's hearing needs while we remotely coordinate needed visits and deliveries. Dr. Porter personally delivered our mother's new hearing aids, then the hearing aids were lost, and Dr. Porter delivered a replacement set with clips to help prevent another loss. And although Dr. Porter conducts a monthly clinic at the retirement community in a dedicated office, she knows our mom has serious mobility issues, so Dr. Porter takes the time to make a "house call" to check up on our mother. We are so grateful to Johnson Audiology for making all the extra efforts to help care for our mom, especially since my brothers and I live far away in other states.
