Waited over 4 months for my sons surgery just to receive a call 30 minutes before the scheduled appointment time stating DR rescheduled his appointment for 3 months later keep in mind we had to rearrange our lives around for this. Now we're expected to just sit around and wait another 3 months! This is unacceptable, unprofessional, inconsiderate, and beyond pathetic. Dr. William Klein, DDS was by far the most professional, friendly, and accommodating doctor that I have met in YEARS. The office is beautiful, the girls up front are very helpful and polite, and the doctor himself I can't rave enough about. He took the time to discuss my treatment plan in great detail, pros and cons of either way I decided to go with my treatment, and left feeling 100% comfortable and on board with his recommended suggestions. Horrendous! ! If I could give zero stars, I would! First surgery was scheduled for my daughter in February. I told her to call back a few days before to check that all paperwork was processed and approved by her insurance. The receptionist told her her packet that she filled out SIX weeks prior at her consultation was NEVER opened or processed! She would have to pay 910 to have the procedure! She rescheduled at a different location within the practice for April..... when she called again the week before to confirm , she was told it WOULD be 910 with insurance and the rep at the other office was wrong and it HAd been processed! 18 days before the surgery that was scheduled for two months, they called to say the doctor would not be in that day! She was told if she did not reschedule for a slot 48 hours from that moment, she would have to wait till after MAY!. My 23 year old daughter went in for the surgery 90 minutes from home. Because of the last minute reschedule, I was not able to accompany her. She went with a friend. She had FOUR impacted wisdom teeth removed . They sent her home ( aware of the 90 min drive home) with NO ice. She had to ask for an antibiotic script , as I told her to be sure to get one. She had a mouth full of stitches, massive swelling, and unable to open her mouth at all! They did not even call to check on her and there was no follow up appointment requested or scheduled! 8 days later she is still swelled considerably and the stitches have not come out! My other daughter had the SAME surgery in October with 2 follow up appointments and 2 phone calls!!!! The difference in care and service between the two is DRASTIC! THIS office just takes your $ and send you home with ZERO follow up! Unconscionable!!!!! read more

Because of Covid, I've waited months for my appt to have 2 teeth surgically removed. When they called to confirm, I was told it was just a consult. Fine. When I got there, Sherry at the front desk asked me to sign in and have a seat. I did. 3 people walked in right behind me and were all immediately helped(By the way, they all also had 130 appts....). Temp taken, ins and referrals provided and paperwork given for them to fill out - they were fully taken care of. Finally, after making eye contact numerous times and patiently waiting for her to call me up, I had to go up to her and tell Sherry that I was never helped. At first she didn't seem to care 1 bit with excuse after excuse. I reminded her we are mid pandemic, I have been sitting here for 30 min without her even taking my temp as I walked in! Asked if she wanted my insurance info or my referral & asked if I could fill out the same paperwork that the others were given. When I got called back the assistant was very sweet, took the xray and I was brought to wait for the dr. He walked in and looked at the screen and IMMEDIATELY without even saying hello... "were going to want to put you to sleep for this. You ok with that? (I mean, yea, if thats the only option...which it was!) Heres the instructions for before surgery." and was ready to walk out! I had to stop him to ask a few questions! He literally didn't even put gloves on, because he never touched my mouth - AT ALL! When I left, of course just Sherry was available to help me, she did finally apologize, and then charged me $180 for an hour or so wait, an xray and a 2 second "consult" if you could call it that. WHATEVER - Just get me out of this place! Then had to schedule the remove 6 weeks from now!! Marilyn just called to give me my out of pocket expense...and was very sweet, but its $850!!! 480 of it is the anesthesia! I said CAN WE DO THIS WITHOUT THE ANESTESIA!? sure, didnt the doctor discuss?! THE DR DIDNT DISCUSS ANYTHING. there were no options given. there were absolutely no discussions. Then it was mentioned that I don't have insurance, just a discount plan. Wrong. I gave Sherry my health, dental, and discount plan info. Marilyn called the insurance company - now its only $526 dollars... oh and they owe me $88 for the appointment - They can charge me whatever they want, but cant submit a refund until the owner approves...even thought they neglectfully never charged my insurance!! You are part of a faulty assembly line here, they don't care about their patients, I cancelled my scheduled extraction I will never go there again and will make sure I tell this to the doctor who referred me. I did speak to the owner & they had proper copied of my insurance, just never even attempted to use it. They are refunding me the entire $180 and I will go elsewhere. read more

Will never have anyone in my family go there again. My 14yr old son went there for the 1st time and had work done it was an ok visit but then we had to go back to get something fixed and that was a HORRIBLE VISIT. My son was on the gas and numb and when he was done noone walked with him back to the waiting room, he said that he felt weird & like fuzzy/bluzziness and by time he got to the waiting room he past out and went down. The employees there didn't help much and then the doctor gave an attitude and said he would take him back and start him with an IV of sugar water. We said no thanks just give him some time and space and the doctor said "oh so your refusing my care" and walked away. Not only was my son hurting in his mouth from being worked on but his body is sore from falling also. He sleep/laid around all nite So please pay attention if you go there. Thanks for letting me vent so MAMA BEAR didn't go up there and freak out on them. Hahaha read more

If I could give less than one star I would. My appointment was scheduled for 1:30 pm it's now after 4:00pm and I STILL have yet to been seen. This is absolutely ridiculous. The only reason I'm waiting is because they can't make any other appointments until 3 months from now. I've already waited 3 months for this appointment and i cannot wait any longer just for a consult. A lot of other reviews are complaining about the wait as well. I should've listened to them before wasting half of my day in this waiting room. I recommend going elsewhere for any oral surgery needed. read more

I needed a tooth pulled, my general dentist doesn't pull teeth so I had to find an oral surgeon, the one he referred me to could not give me an appointment for a few days so I called my insurance company and was given the number to Oral Surgeons of SJ, they fit me in immediately. The office staff was great and the dentist was amazing I did not feel anything. read more

Well for me my experience def deserve one star . The first issue was the waiting . When I made my application the lady told me come in at 1:00pm since im a new patient I needed to come early for paperwork. After a hour of waiting with another lady the women at the desk said we here's our appointment time wrong . I knew that was incorrect and even the other girl who was waiting said her appointment was at 1:00 too. So how two different people got the appointment time wrong beats me. Now that's just first. I arrived at 12:46. 1:47 and I still have yet to be seen.. there's two people in the office waiting. There is no excuse for this . read more

Dr vazir is the big dawg I was freaking out ab getting my tooth pulled without being asleep but he was a cool guy and helped me calm down a little and he pulled it no problem cause he's great at his job. The surgery for my son went well. The Billing did not go well. Marci and Lydia are very incompetent and very unhelpful! They keep on sending a bill that they insist we owe as part of our copay. My wife called them several times to try to get an explanation of the bill and told them that our insurance already paid our out of pocket portion. Even with the Explanation Of Benefit letter sent to them detailing the claim they still insist we owe them. We finally called the insurance and had a 3 way call with Aetna Rep and myself and Lydia. After about an hour of Lydia trying to confuse the Aetna Rep, the rep finally proved that in fact we owe nothing to them! It took 2 months to get this thing resolved. CAUTION double check your bill to make sure they are billing you correctly. read more

I came here for a Consult. The consult took 5 min. I waited 1.5 hours Just for this consult. To make matters worse, in the waiting room I kept smelling a mans cologne and it caused me to have a headache! There were no men in the waiting room. I Strongly believe one of the staff were spraying it, based on the direction the smell was coming from. It was pretty terrible. The office itself had hardwood floors so Everytime someone got up you could hear them walk the floor, which was annoying. And people were playing music in the waiting room. Loudly. It was annoying. Im unsure if the office is even up to date. They still had paper files. One of the staff was Annoyingly Loud. I could hear his Every word everytime the door swung open. I went to the bathroom and the toilet seat was Literally cracked on one side, and the sink water dripped, even in the off posotion. I tried to call my dentist for a referral elsewhere but they were closed. Try to avoid this place as much as possible. read more

I am a single parent. So when I plan a doctor's visit it paying for daycare, among other things. I was told my son could not drive me home he had a learners permit. Yes I was angry and stormed out of that office after waiting 2 hours to be seen, Being I have other medical problems as well. Well I left and said I wasn't going to come back. After this incident I spoke directly to this dentist and explained my dilemma. He said ok "he would do the surgery." I told them that day once I got my heart condition under control I would call and make the appointment . That was April 2018. I have had several heart procedures and now today I am able to make that appointment. So I called and was told he will not do the surgery because of me storming out over a year ago not knowing my memory is the one thing I'm blessed to have working very well. Meaning I don't forget things. What dentist holds grudges. Well here you are people....this one does. I wouldn't recommend having a bad day like any normal person and going to an appointment made or to make one at this office.....as an adult your not allowed to show your feelings in this office. read more
