Er said teeth were intact but see your dentist. My dentist couldn't examine the teeth because of my swelling but X-ray looked good. A week later I had awful pain and my 2 front teeth were discolored and cracked at the gum line. I was crushed. My teeth were beautiful and part of my identity. My dentist referred me to a root canal specialist and just the root canals were going to exhaust my insurance and I need crowns. I found Dr. Yefim on a search and God definitely was looking out for me. 2 painless root canals and antibiotics. A week later prep for the crowns with a temporary inserted. 2 weeks later 2 crowns put in. My teeth have never looked more beautiful. Polished to perfection and color match was on point. With only a small balance to pay. I've gotten ton of compliments. I am so happy and my broken heart mended. I will definitely be returning for my cleaning and check up.

It did take awhile and because of my insurance I had the bottom done first (the kind that's "glued" in, then got my uppers this year. (The removable kind). I understand what I was told so a little puzzled as to why I had to come back more than a few times to get them. But when they were done everything fit well. The only problem was with the top dentures. I start bringing my tongue up and "chomp" because of the metallic stuff on the dentures. It just felt funny and when I a fellow associate of DR. A she just said it's something to get used to! Why? I know some dentures can be made with a clear coating. She said because of my poor bone structure in my mouth that wasn't feasible?? Like I said I speak and comprehend English better than most but at times the communication was not what it should be. I had a cleaning done by excellent hygienist. She was apologetic for having to work so hard on my teeth but honestly no one had done such a thorough job before. I had my prior X-rays sent over and they were able to upload it without issue. Dr Paola was nice and professional. I was able to qualify for their smile program for free teeth whitening. Came back to get trays custom fit and overall had excellent experience. Billing just as I expected. Will definitely return here again.

I have several phone messages, which I have had my insurance company, and a lawyer hear, from Melissa, saying they received my denture back from the lab and to come on in. I kept asking for Patel to call me before I did, but he never did. So, I went in to get my denture ( which my insurance paid for) they refused to hand it over. So, now the company is being sued, and will be so happy to see them in court!

I was visiting my family in NJ from Las Vegas where I currently live and had a dental emergency-a huge abscess had formed over half of my mouth/teeth on the plane ride over! Very scary--I had never experienced such a dramatic infection and was quite frightened after I went to urgent care and they advised me to see a dentist as soon as possible. My brother and sister-in-law go to this practice, which is a father-and-son pair. My care was with the son, Dr. Kotsopey. He meticulously drained the abscess with skill and precision and used various techniques in doing that to make the wound open to "air the infection out." He seemed very personally invested in my experience, as I made him aware that soon I would be traveling to SE Asia. To be as thorough in my care process as possible, he was adamant that I see him for a followup the next week to see how I had been healing. His team followed up with me and sent all the notes over to my dentist in Las Vegas. Dr. Kotsopey attended to my dental emergency crisis with skill, ease, and arguably more importantly: kindness, responsiveness, and sensitivity to the emotional trauma I was experiencing. His thoroughness and strong urging for me to come back for a followup the next week to make sure "I would be in PERFECT shape before I go to Asia," made me aware that this dentist truly cared about my well being in the context of my travels. They did not listen to me and after an experience culminating in a full-on panic attack, I found a different dentist who fixed the crown I had done with Dr. Baldino and my new dentist has been wonderful. My husband loved Dr. Collier and stayed when Dr. Baldino took over. He thinks things have been fine but he had a cavity filled without novocaine as a kid so his basis for comparison is different from mine.
