I would give 5 stars but after all it is a recycle joint so it's not the most pleasant place and perhaps a little dirty and stinky; to be expected. Anyway, the process was easy and the rewards were profitable and worth the effort. Definitely impressed by the young man however, wish I got his name. It's better than any other recycle for $$ I've experienced.

They have done a really good job of establishing social distancing (every 6 ft there is a marker). They have multiple people working to guide customers during the lengthy process; ALL staff are wearing N95 masks and are wearing gloves *thumbs up* There's a parking lot notzi *useless position - no further comment*, a front door person making sure that there are never more than 25 people in the enclosed area, 2 attendants to help customers/ constantly sweeping, 1 staff member working the front desk. All cash redemption's are made via automated kiosk *easy peasy* I'm happy to find a place (a bit outta the way - 5 minutes off of EXIT 30) that you can redeem tons of cans/bottles during this strange time. It was easy to get a bigger job done in an efficient way. The line took a while, so be prepared to wait in line outside (20-30 minutes). Overall, it was worth the time and effort to redeem close to 700 cans/bottles that we've collected since quarantine *don't judge*

But when they bring me less than I paid for and then tell me that they are absolutely sure they did it right no matter what I measure outside, we have a serious disagreement. Then I was told there's no way to measure it once they drop it. It could have settled. Excuse me? In one week it would've settled enough to lose a yard and a half? Math doesn't change. I believed it was an accident I still do. But to treat a customer like they were absolutely stupid and refuse to even come look is not who I want to do business with. So unfortunately, I will not be doing business with them anymore.
