We also asked that they include pricing on replacing the main household water valve located in the laundry room. Their quote was very reasonable and the work was scheduled. Jose and his assistant installed the RO system, connecting it to both the kitchen faucet and the refrigerator ice maker. They also replaced the main water valve. This included cutting out, replacing and painting sheetrock around the valve. All work was done flawlessly. After a month or so, we noticed the RO system occasionally making a high-pitched squealing sound. We contacted New Gen and Jose came out to trouble shoot the issue. He discovered that one of the manufacturer's system components was not working properly and was able to remedy the situation. He even took time to measure and show us the quality of the water that the system was producing. The level of professionalism and technical capability of Jose and the New Gen team was exceptional.
