At first I was a little skeptical because when I got there there was one lane going into the service area and one lane coming out but I soon saw that they had six tech stations waiting on customers. Ashley was the one I had talk to on the phone and recognized me immediately even though we had never met. She checked me in and asked me a lot of questions about the problem and then fixed me up with a loaner car. She let me know it would be the following day before they could analyze the problem and she would give me a call as soon as she knew anything. She kept me informed through text and phone calls. The work was performed and accomplished when she said it would. Ashley was busy when I came to pick up my truck but one of the other techs promptly checked me out and got me on my way home. Suddenly our pick up issued an overheating warning and we had to pull off to the side of a busy I-65 highway. After quickly checking for tow and repair companies, I called AR Towing & Repairs. Alfonso and his daughter, Ruby, thankful answered and came out immediately. We had a shredded fan belt. They drove us back to his shop, offered us chairs and water and got to work. Within 90 minutes, our truck was fixed AND he checked the rest of the engine compartment to make sure nothing else was damaged.
