We thought it was a brick and mortar place and were somewhat hesitant when we saw it was a food truck as these are hit or miss. This was a hit. Even a customer in line gave us ordering suggestions. The employee also informed us of the air conditioned shipping container in the lot that had indoor seating. We chose that as we didn't want to eat in the car and it was air conditioned. Inside it was quite nice for a shipping container. It was wood lined and lots of seating and even a bathroom! For lunch we finally decided on a chopped brisket sandwich and a smoked bologna sandwich which came with sides. I had read about these smoked bologna sandwiches and people said to give them a shot. I did and am still not impressed although they are a damn sight better than the Oscar Mayer ones I grew up with (yuck!).
