This company made lots of promises and have not adhered to them. I told them I had solar panels before with Solar City and what I wind up doing is basically paying for solar panels and a high electric bill, well I am doing the same thing with this company except I am paying more than I have ever paid in an electric bill. I cannot reach either the sales person or his manager any longer, I am not even sure if they are with the company any longer. When they first came out to do the electrical work for my solar panels, I caught the electrician outside in the garage rambling in my husband's tool box. While the communication with this company started out pretty nice it has since gone dead since installation. I have requested multiple times to be shown how the enphase app works and that has not been done, I have requested my sales person stop by and review a couple of other things with me and that has not been done. At this point I regret entering into an agreement with this company as it is no different than any of the other fast talking companies. I am coming to the conclusion that I may breach this contract and they can come and take these panels back because they are NOT saving me ANY money. I am going to purchase a GENERAC.

We really love having our Enphase solar system and the original installation services were very…read moregood. It has worked as promised and we have had no equipment problems. However, the crew left a poorly patched hole in our roof during the panel installation process. We spent 4 months and thousands of dollars trying to find a leak in the roof and fix a problem we swore had nothing to do with NTS. Finally, after many phone calls, they agreed to remove some panels for the 4th roofing company to check the roof. The hole in the roof was directly under one of the panels. The roof was repaired and we have no more water coming in. We do have bills for roof modification, chimney caps, spray foam insulation, drywall repair, painting and will need some kind of mold remediation in the attic. We called, sent pictures and email. No response, totally ghosted. I can recommend the system, but not the installation. Now I'm worried we won't have any help if we do need something. Very discouraging.

He is super honest, gave me a better price than anyone else, and did a great job. He's not afraid to get his hands dirty, working alongside his men. He has been responsive to my calls ever since, including today when I had questions about charges on my electric bill, which really had nothing to do with the solar panels; I was just trying to gain insight on my ever changing bills.
