Getting any work done during the holiday season is always a challenge, but Stacy kept me informed about availability and helped set a good time for the surveying crew to come out. Addison arrived on time and explained what he was going to do. When he was done we walked the property boundaries and he checked some things that I had questions about. Stacy and Addison were personable and attentive during our conversations, something that doesn't always happen today. I'm very glad that I was turned down by those other companies, because I found an excellent company that takes pride in their work! Our on-site surveyor did an exceptional job marking all the property pins as well as sinking additional needed pins that we didn't request but because it was the correct/professional thing to do! Top notch work! When we touched base with them to find out when we would receive our final reports, they again apologized for their backlog and assured us that they would have reports to us by our closing date. I thanked them for their onsite work, taking care of their staff during the horror-show that has been the last year, and told them that I wished I could give them extra time for completion. They went above and beyond for our family and actually returned our final reports at the end of business that same day. Unbelievably kind and giving! The reports were clear, professional, and easy to read. We cannot recommend this company highly enough. There isn't a single company within the realm of real estate/land development/construction that isn't working beyond capacity in the last 9 months and each of them are doing so with regular staffing shortages. The original location was observed for 18 years. Neighbor place new pin and claims original location of the corner pin was wrong. Jeremy just simply insist that all his mark are right cannot explain how he determined the corner bearing is match with deed map shows. Map was made on 1995 and use compass north. And compass north varies every year. He fail to prove that the new corner location bearing is as accurate as the map indicated. I have to hire another surveyor to redo the job.

I'm in the process of selling my home and have a copy of the 2004 survey but the survey did not list the acreage and given the fact that one of my property lines is curved and none of the lines run exactly parallel, I was unable to use the online calculators to determine my exact acreage. I called the number listed on my 2004 land survey and was informed by Landpro that the company that surveyed the property had been bought out and that Landpro did not have access to records dating back to 2004. I thought I'd hit a dead end, but the very helpful gentleman said I could e-mail them a scanned copy of my 2004 survey and they would see if they could help. I thought he was probably just being nice, but I e-mailed anyway. Within about an hour, one of their surveyors responded with an image of the property bounds and an exact calculation of my acreage. They didn't have to respond at all. I wasn't their client (it was the previous owners who had purchased the survey), they didn't have access to the original records, and I wasn't their problem, yet they STILL helped me. I was floored by how incredibly helpful and kind they were and you can bet that if and when I ever need a land survey done, I will 100% give them my business. In a day when not many places offer even the bare minimum for customer service, this company went above and beyond to be helpful to me. 100% recommend!
