Another non benefit with this cheap experience is no longer able to store lotion. Customer service clearly not a priority. Skimming a bit too much off the top which I would guess is not worth it when considering customers that have been coming long term and don't appreciate the bare bones treatment. These type of changes are a bad look and not worth it to sustain satisfaction to at least be able to wipe our hands, feet from the spray. Whoever made these dumb decisions for such low cost cuts should lose their job. Shame - not worth it

I'll just start off by saying Lisa is AMAZING. She takes her time making sure all of your tanning needs are met, she knows exactly how dark you should go, and how long you should wait so you aren't unhappy with your tan! I have gotten tanned by her for all of my special occasions and even when i was just too pale. Her prices are fair and she is always willing to come to you. She makes the tanning experience very personal and makes you feel like you are family. She takes the nervousness of not being clothed right away! I will never get tanned by anyone else or waste my time going to the machine tanners! She is great and i highly recommend her to ANYONE that asks! Thanks Lisa, for all of your hard work! I highly recommend Southern Tan Mobile Tanning. I was referred to Lisa through a friend who told me her coworker who is "very fair skinned" got a spray tan from Lisa and looked tan and natural. I am very fair myself and always worry about looking orange or having streaks. Lisa came to my house on time and was very professional. She made me feel completely comfortable and she instantly gained my trust. She spends lots of time making sure your tan is perfect and the right shade for you. Lisa is by far the best!!! This is the first tan that looks totally natural on me. I think it's because she uses high end product, but most importantly she is an absolute perfectionist!!! She takes her time with you to ensure all the areas that usually look bad when tanning ( wrists, elbows, knuckles, etc...) Don't ! It's all super convenient because she comes directly to your house. I really can't say enough good things about her. She tanned me last week and we realized it was going to rain the next morning so I had to take a shower sooner than I should of. Without hesitation she offered to come back to my house ( the next evening) to double dip me so I would look my best for the bachelorette party I was going to. Best service!! Lisa is the most professional lady and makes you feel so comfortable. I recently had a tan that I was not feeling well and she worked with me until I could get through it. She gave me a soda to elevate my sugar and after that I was good to go. My tan which I have done numerous times now are always amazing, They make me feel beautiful, natural as if I laid out in the sun for days. I also have received numerous compliments on how the tan makes me look like I glow. Lisa is amazing! She takes the time to make sure your tan is perfect, and gives you lots of options as far as how deep the tan can be and tells you how long to leave on to achieve that. I am very happy with my spray tan! I called Southern Tan last minute and Lisa rearranged her schedule to fit me in. She came to my apartment at 9pm cause I was leaving the next morning. I have only been sprayed by a machine and it left me looking a little orange so I was a little worried. She assured me I would not turn orange :) I looked bronze and like I had been to the beach. She is also very knowledgeable about how to maintain a tan and keep trouble spots like knees and knuckles from getting blotchy. It was prefect! She explained the process and asked questions about what I wanted and needed. She gave me all the options (add the express drying spray for $10)and she provide all the needed items like makeup remover. She explained that I couldu dress to my comfort level. During the spray tan, she was incredibly patient and talked me through all of the moves. After the tan she gave me directions about how to care for my tan and answered all of my questions. I loved the color! I was tan but not too dark or orange. It was really natural! I was so grateful to not have to damage my skin to have a nice color. Everyove completed me on my "tan", little did they know.... I will 100% call Valentina next time I need a little color! Such a great experience.

That in itself was frustrating, but I decided to give the business the benefit of the doubt and move forward. After finally receiving the service, I was told I would be sent post-care instructions via text to help care for my skin--but that message never came. Since then, I've been experiencing complications and have reached out multiple times over the course of a full week. Despite repeated phone calls and text messages, no one has had the courtesy to respond. This level of unprofessionalism and lack of follow-up--especially when it concerns someone's skin and health--is completely unacceptable. I expected far better and hope others consider this before booking.

When I called to make an appointment the person I spoke with told me the correct location for my purchase (it is by the LA Fitness, not 4 Rivers) and that I could just walk in which is very convenient. When I went on Veterans Day the girl who helped me (wish I had gotten her name) was super helpful, super informative, and definitely made me feel welcome.
