I pulled up to it and waited while the employees got ready to open. They did start greeting people right at 7:30... everyone but me, that is. I thought I was in the wrong line so after about 10 mins I went to ask if I was in the wrong line. No, I wasn't... they had just overlooked me. The guy was very apologetic and true to his word, got me sorted immediately. I pulled my own car into the bay with the tech's guidance and didn't have to get out for the oil change. The tech who did the change was very polite, introduced himself before he went to work on my car. He showed me my air filter and asked if I would like it changed - of course he recommended it - and it was filthy. I drove away from there at 8:07AM. I was very pleased with the fast service, the pricing and most of all the good customer service. It was a breath of fresh air to find good customer service in Odessa.
