After being hit by debris and sand blasted in a dust storm, Geico sent me to Ultimate Collision for repairs. I am grateful the shop called me and did not want to fix my car the cheap way the adjuster did. This shop wanted to provide quality service and they did. Car repaired beautifully. It was even cleaned and tires dressed I really appreciate all the courtesy of staff from the front desk, those that answered my multiple calls and Alfred my service advisor. Thank you

Look closely, you can see the 1/4" to 3/8" wood putty filler. Pitiful.

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Pedro "Pete" Perez was quick to inform me I needed to leave my RV for an estimate.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]After a week, I called to find out the status, because I had previously set up an oil change and service at Velocity RV.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Pete informed me the cabinets were removed above the drivers seat to get better photos for my ins company. (Cracked windshield). Once cabinets were removed, they alleged I had a rodent infestation that needed to be addressed. I stated I wanted to pick up the RV and was then informed by the owner, Matt Gorges, I would need $15,800 in CASH to pick up my RV. I obviously did not agree and was instructed to contact my Ins co to file another claim. (Fraud: no infestation). After 2 more weeks and my insurance company had denied the initial quote for $32,000 for and "frame adjustment " and glass replacement, I once again requested to pick up my RV , that I only authorized an estimate. Now my bill was:$22,847.50!!!! For doing nothing that I requested not approved. Once again, Matt Gorges insisted I won't only have my RV returned if I paid them in cash. Having no other choice, being a traveler not from AZ, I paid the cash and my RV was returned. NOTHING REPAIRED. STAY AWAY for this shop. I have never witnessed such a blatant disregard for any ethics or customer service. If you use this shop, you will regret it. Oh and additionally, I mentioned them removing my cabinets above the drivers seat. When I picked up my RV, they thought it appropriate to apply 1/4 of wood putty to make the cabinets flush with one another. Pitiful workmanship.

Front desk lady is awesome. The owner, owners wife and son-beware. They cursed at me and were very rude. My husbands motorcycle was parked in their way-they wanted it moved. Wife yelled from her vehicle to move it then got out shouting at me in an unhinged way. I simply said he will be right here, i don't ride, I can't do it. He was moving our RV where they asked him to move it to and would be right back. Mere seconds. When my husband asked why they were yelling at his wife they told him they didn't like his attitude and to leave. What a crazy experience. We are nice people, ask the front desk lady. Also-they asked for $2k upfront-BEFORE anyone even looked at or did an estimate on our RV!

This was the second time that Matt and Unlimited Collision have repaired my RV. Very satisfied on both occasions. Hope not to see them again

They only made around 200 of these cars so I was nervous to lose it. I took it over to the shop and their owner Steve put me at ease. They were able to rebuild the custom front bumper and remake another body panel that wasn't a reproduction. They sourced and rebuilt parts and put her back together better than new. Very easy process and Steve gave me updates throughout! Would highly recommend!

I was clear about what I needed: make the roof watertight and restore the electronics affected by the damage. I relied on his expertise, and he assured me everything would work. Steve showed me a salvaged replacement antenna he had obtained for my car. When it apparently could not be used, the shop reinstalled my damaged original antenna without consulting me. The final bill then increased by more than 40%, with Steve explaining that the job required much more work than anticipated and that he was absorbing much of the additional cost. At pickup, only AM/FM worked. The SOS malfunction, Carplay, and other affected electronics remained broken. Steve then told me they lacked the equipment to properly diagnose the Audi electronics and suggested I take it to the dealership. Audi subsequently inspected the work and found the roof damage had not been repaired except touch up paint, my damaged antenna had been secured primarily with silicone and was still loose, and only 1 of 4 antenna connections was functional. Audi advised that I needed a new OEM antenna and still needed a body shop to properly complete the repair. What bothered me most was the follow-up. Steve had asked me to "stay in touch," but when I called with Audi's findings, the conversation became defensive and circular. I was left feeling as though I should have understood the technical limitations of the repair myself. I am not an body shop technician. That is why I hired a professional and relied on his expertise. If this job was beyond the shop's capabilities, it should have been declined or clearly communicated upfront. Steve later offered to install the new antenna I bought, but by then I was no longer comfortable returning the vehicle. I am essentially starting over with the repair. This simply should not have been a job the shop accepted.
