After being hit by debris and sand blasted in a dust storm, Geico sent me to Ultimate Collision for repairs. I am grateful the shop called me and did not want to fix my car the cheap way the adjuster did. This shop wanted to provide quality service and they did. Car repaired beautifully. It was even cleaned and tires dressed I really appreciate all the courtesy of staff from the front desk, those that answered my multiple calls and Alfred my service advisor. Thank you

Look closely, you can see the 1/4" to 3/8" wood putty filler. Pitiful.

Pedro "Pete" Perez was quick to inform me I needed to leave my RV for an estimate. After a week, I called to find out the status, because I had previously set up an oil change and service at Velocity RV. Pete informed me the cabinets were removed above the drivers seat to get better photos for my ins company. (Cracked windshield). Once cabinets were removed, they alleged I had a rodent infestation that needed to be addressed. I stated I wanted to pick up the RV and was then informed by the owner, Matt Gorges, I would need $15,800 in CASH to pick up my RV. I obviously did not agree and was instructed to contact my Ins co to file another claim. (Fraud: no infestation). After 2 more weeks and my insurance company had denied the initial quote for $32,000 for and "frame adjustment " and glass replacement, I once again requested to pick up my RV , that I only authorized an estimate. Now my bill was:$22,847.50!!!! For doing nothing that I requested not approved. Once again, Matt Gorges insisted I won't only have my RV returned if I paid them in cash. Having no other choice, being a traveler not from AZ, I paid the cash and my RV was returned. NOTHING REPAIRED. STAY AWAY for this shop. I have never witnessed such a blatant disregard for any ethics or customer service. If you use this shop, you will regret it. Oh and additionally, I mentioned them removing my cabinets above the drivers seat. When I picked up my RV, they thought it appropriate to apply 1/4 of wood putty to make the cabinets flush with one another. Pitiful workmanship.

Front desk lady is awesome. The owner, owners wife and son-beware. They cursed at me and were very rude. My husbands motorcycle was parked in their way-they wanted it moved. Wife yelled from her vehicle to move it then got out shouting at me in an unhinged way. I simply said he will be right here, i don't ride, I can't do it. He was moving our RV where they asked him to move it to and would be right back. Mere seconds. When my husband asked why they were yelling at his wife they told him they didn't like his attitude and to leave. What a crazy experience. We are nice people, ask the front desk lady. Also-they asked for $2k upfront-BEFORE anyone even looked at or did an estimate on our RV!

During that time, I received no updates until I was notified that the repair had been completed. There was no diagnostic fee disclosed upfront, no estimate provided, and no discussion of repair costs before I was presented with the final bill. The original issue was a hydraulic jack that was not operating properly. According to the shop, their diagnosis determined that an undersized factory ground wire was the problem, and they replaced it with a heavier-gauge wire. When I picked up the RV, the technician demonstrated that the jack was now functioning, although very slowly. He attributed the slow operation to low battery voltage, and I took him at his word. After bringing the RV home and connecting it to 50-amp shore power, I lowered the jacks to test the system. The same jack that had supposedly been repaired would not retract. I immediately contacted The RV Guy and was instructed not to force the jack up. I was told they would speak with the technician and call me back with instructions on how to retract the jack. That return call never came. Three days later, I followed up with the shop. I was told my only option was to bring the RV back in, and that I would be financially responsible for any additional diagnostics and repairs. Since the original repair had not resolved the problem, I requested either a refund or a new diagnostic evaluation at no charge. Both requests were denied. I explained that, in good faith, they should at least send their mobile technician to diagnose the actual problem since I was still experiencing the exact issue I had paid them to repair. The only accommodation they offered was to send a mobile technician to verify that the ground wire they installed was not causing the problem. If the wire was not at fault, I would once again be responsible for the service call and any labor charges. After paying approximately $600 to replace a 12-inch ground wire that did not solve the problem, I decided to cut my losses and take my business elsewhere. My biggest disappointment was not the unsuccessful repair--it was the lack of communication, accountability, and willingness to stand behind their work when the original issue remained unresolved.

I was verbally told that metal shavings were present inside the rear differential and that the entire differential assembly needed replacement. I was quoted approximately $3,600 for the repair. When I requested written clarification regarding how this diagnosis was made, including whether the differential was drained or opened, the condition of the fluid, whether photos were taken, and what specific testing procedures were used, no documentation was provided to support the claim. I then obtained a second opinion from another licensed mechanic. The vehicle was properly lifted, road tested, and inspected, and the rear differential was not identified as the source of the issue. The concern was resolved without replacing the differential. My mechanic also contacted this shop directly to ask about the basis for their diagnosis and did not receive any clear explanation. It is not possible to visually confirm internal metal shavings inside a sealed differential without draining the fluid or opening the case. No such procedure was documented on my repair order. Based on my experience, this did not feel like a transparent or customer focused shop. I strongly encourage customers to request written proof and seek a second opinion before authorizing major repairs.
