I talked with Uber Eats customer service for an hour this morning, and they said I cancelled the order so I have to pay. You told me to cancel the order. I have screenshots of my conversation with customer support. I'm really disappointed. Don't tell your customers to cancel the order if you don't have the item. You have to do it from the restaurant.
