Went in for a replacement button for a peer tool. Had to go back several times because each time the button broke ( Each button was clearly very old . The plastic was discolored and looked like they sat around in a drawer for quite some time . We tried talking to a woman who wouldn't listen and hung up on us. Went to another business and purchased the same EXACT part but NEW and it has worked ever since! read more

So frustrating!!!! Just picked up my bike and didn't notice until I got it home it has a huge flat tire!! Yes, I'm an idiot for not checking it at the shop before I left, but, you would think I wouldn't have to coming from a bike place! $49.95 for a bike "tune-up" and they can't check the tires? And it wasn't a slow leak by any means....I just tried to fill it myself and its 100% blown out needs to be replaced wouldn't hold air. So disappointing they didn't do a thorough job. read more

Service is great, always friendly and very knowledgeable. Their prices are very reasonable and much lower than the big bike shops who try to milk every penny they can out of you. Sometimes they get busy during the summer but I guess that's to be expected. read more

Took my 2stage snowblower in, told them it was leaking fuel last spring, they said they could fix it. Paid the bill $$$, brought it home, put it in the garage. Yesterday it snowed, went out to clear my 100' driveway, put gas in, started to prime it realized gas was pouring out from behind priming bulb. Every drop of gas I put in was now on my driveway. Who does this kind of sloppy work! Never again will I take any type of machine to them. They have no problem taking your money, lying to you and not doing the work they say they did. They shouldn't be allowed to be licensed. I'm 70yr old female and have to rely on the kindness of others to take this kind of equipment in to get serviced as I don't own a pickup truck. Taking advantage of people, like this is one of the lowest forms of life. Never again! read more

Can't say if they are any good or not yet because I'm still waiting to hear how much it's going to be to fix my lawnmower. It's been a month and they haven't even looked at it yet when I called to ask last week. In the meantime thank god it's been dry because I haven't cut my grass in a month! Quoted for a $31 (parts and labor) bike repair, got a call saying its $78 to pick it up. I could buy a brand new bike for that much!

I have known larry for 30 + years. Bought a bike at walmarts and didnt get the handle bar grips. Instead of selling me some he had me call manufacture and get them free. He missed a sale but again gained trust in a customer. I should have bought the bike from him. People dont understand that small businesses are alittle more, but service and repair are done rhere not shipped back to where ever. His wife is very good with customers too. Dropped my mower off for repair on 5/5/2018 : BIG MISTAKE!! please anyone doing business here please Mark whatever you are taking in.. take a picture of it mark it in a special way that you will notice even take down serial numbers. I didn't, I learned my lesson the hard way. 3 weeks later they returned to me the wrong machine and said it was mine and unless I can prove it wasn't. my mistake was not believing my gut instinct. I have receipt I purchased mower in 2012 but no serial number listed. I paid for repair and left,(Big Mistake also) When I got home. my daughter asked why I brought the wrong mower home. I called back next day and was told mistakes happen. they may have labeled my mower wrong, but now I have to prove the my mower is mine. what I was told by the employee . First of all let me say that myself or my mother SHOULD have looked for an authorized repair facility before taking our tiller to these HACKS! We took our Troy Built rototiller to this guy to "just" get the fuel line replaced and 7 months later, yes 7 months, we cant even pull the pull cord because of some malfunction it has now. Took it back yesterday (I went with my 80 yr old mother this time) asked them to please try to start the thing right in front of me and the guy couldn't get it started. I don't think they even tried it after they replaced the gas lines. After looking at the paperwork that they gave my mom, when she finally got it back from them, they had done all kind of unnecessary repairs to the thing. It worked great before taking it in, it just needed new gas lines. BIG MISTAKE taking anything to these folks after talking to other people. They even played the "dumb girl " card trying to blow smoke up me arse too about all the stuff that needed to be done to the tiller. Now we are waiting for them to make good on getting it right and if it is not, then off to the authorized repair facility it goes. First they took advantage of a little old lady and then tried to pull the dumb girl card. NEVER will I ever take anything back to these chumps. I will post the results soon if they don't keep the thing for 7 months again read more

We purchased a $400 Stihl chainsaw from them. We used it less than 8 hours over a few week period and it would no longer run. We took it in to get checked out and after a month they say they can't fix it or give a refund and they would not give the chainsaw back to my dad. read more
