I made a last minute appointment for the same day after having a week of tension in my neck and shoulders that would not go away. I scheduled a one-hour cupping session with Amanda. Being new to cupping, I had no idea what to expect and, wow, it was better than I anticipated. Amanda took her time to talk with me when I arrived to get to know me and explain the cupping process. She spent the beginning of the appointment doing a deep tissue massage, focusing on my areas of tension. This included some stretching, which felt amazing. She was very knowledgeable, commenting on reasons for tension/knots in certain areas and even knowing from massaging my neck that I clench my teeth! At the end of the massage came the cupping. Amanda used stationary cups (the traditional ones that stay in place with suction) as well as cups that she moved around, describing it as almost a "reverse massage." This was a "hurts but feels good" situation for me. I really enjoyed it, and felt like the tension in my neck and shoulders was finally relieved. Amanda suggested an epsom salt bath and rest as cupping is intended to detox the body. I took her suggestions and felt so relaxed. The cupping did leave marks but they went away in about a week. My Fiancé surprised me with a gift certificate to Southington Therapeutic Massage and I booked time with Cynthia and also booked my first ever facial with Chrystal. Both sessions were FABULOUS and exactly what I needed!! They were very thoughtful through the process, made it a very relaxing experience, and took care of me the entire time. Great prices and the staff is wonderful. I came for a couples massage and I couldn't be happier. The location is easy to find. We were greeted by the owner, who sat with us and told us about herself. I thought her introduction was nice and it made me feel comfortable. We then filled out a questionnaire which they used to tailor the massage experience. The room was set up with relaxation written all over it! The two tables/beds were side by side and there was soft music playing. The bed was heated and was adjustable if you don't want too much heat. My masseuse, Merrily was amazing! Very attentive! Duece's masseuse, Amanda, provided a "phenomenal experience". The massage ended with hot stones, which Merrily called "dessert". She was not lying! I had a wonderful massage with Merrily. She was super responsive to what I wanted, and did an amazing job. Hot stones at the end were heavenly. She was friendly and professional but not overly chatty. A great massage earns 4 stars from me, but this place has online booking. That is why they earned the fifth star; I hate calling a place and having to go back and forth to find a time that actually works. Highly recommend! Pros: Cozy, clean, and pleasant staff. Easy to find, convenient parking. Scheduled for a hot stone massage and received that, plus customization for my problem neck & shoulders. Brei was excellent. She explained what she was doing and why & also gave me helpful suggestions for stretches that I could at home. Very professional & welcoming. Easy to schedule appointments on line. You can easily navigate the scheduling site and pick what you want, & when you want it. Cons: The entrance is on the back of the building and may be off putting to some people. However, its quick & easy to find. Signs are posted too. Again, highly recommend this business. read more

I have been here on a few occasions for a massage. I always go with a 90 min massage. I like a nice deep tissue massage and all the people that I have gone to have been great in that regard. The last time they also had some hot ricks that did wonders for some persistent muscle pain that I had. The only drawback is this place can be a little loud due to noise from whatever is below the place. Overall i give a thumbs up and recommend this place to others. read more

Been coming here for a year for deep tissue treatments. Started off at 60min but now go with 90min every time. The staff is phenomenal each and every visit. They care about you, listen to you, focus on the areas that are most important to you and dont just "go through their routine", and they take notes after every massage so the next visit builds on the previous. Elizabeth gives the best deep tissue massage I have ever had....so much so that when I travel through the area from New Hampshire I go out of my way to get on her calendar...and I refuse to get a massage anywhere else. read more
