He was super professional and informative. He answered all my wife's and my own questions. I can't speak on the private/group because I haven't been to any YET but I hear they really good and are tuned for the dog AND the handler which is important. Again. Highly recommend this location I know they franchised so I will not speak on the company itself however this particular location that Kris runs is awesome! We have a two-year itinerary to travel the country so she will be in all kinds of situations. Sit Means Sit offered us a fantastic way to help us train her. Chris and Megan are the owners and were extremely knowledgeable, Professional and friendly. In a nutshell, they offer a 10 day course where she was boarded and they worked with her periodically throughout the day to learn nine basic commands: Sit, Wait (to keep her from running out of any door), Come, Heel, Crate/Kennel, Off, Quiet, etc. They then offer several follow up private lessons that help us to continue with the training at home. And they were more than willing to meet us in any location so we could experiment with different situations and distractions. My husband and I feel the cost was worth every penny. As mentioned, in addition to her safety she is a better behaved dog, we are able to bring her to more places and people are always happy to meet her as she is a well mannered puppy!

Today, my 16-year-old Yorkie had surgery to remove a growth in his mouth, along with multiple teeth extractions. We were given straightforward options and thorough information about the risks and considerations for a dog his age, which helped us make an informed decision to proceed. From start to finish, we were treated with genuine respect and compassion by the office staff, technicians, and the veterinarian. We truly felt our dog was in very caring and capable hands. I honestly don't think he could have received better care anywhere else. And the bonus to this high level of service was the the "low cost". There is a reason it is part of the name of this clinic

With no previous introduction, and no knowledge of the dog's history, she gave us a very insightful analysis of this dog, pointing out what motivates him in so many situations and how he's likely to react. Her insights were spot-on, and we felt as though she had spent hours with him as his personal psychiatrist. It helped us so much to understand how to handle him going forward. For what you charge, the information is very shallow and not at all what I would expect at the pricepoint you think you are.The solution was to not train with you, and to employ methods that are actually effective. For example, I specifically requested to train the send out. You in no way shape or form did any training to accomplish this simple task. I was able to train this trick to two different dogs in 2 sessions very easily. Now its a game we do regularly. If what I asked for was outside of your normal policy, why did you not say no? You knew you wouldn't be able to deliver what I was asking. Did you just want to make the sale? Seriously what did I pay you for? To learn what not to do? I guess that was money well spent.
