Came here the last time, and went to the beer garden. It has Harbor beers on tap. There's also cocktails, so you can get whatever. It's about $9 for a cocktail. The Harbor Lagoon is a good one. Could say it's a deceptively strong one, plus it's pretty cool looking. This is made with Blue Curacao, Long Island Mix, orange juice, pineapple juice, and Sprite. Also got some of the Knotty Pretzels, good with beer. There's not much in the way of food, but you can bring something to eat on the patio for sure. Have some good drinks and fun while boating. It's also close to a pretty cool nature preserve. This also has live music in the summer on weekends.

I had also was assured before storing there that they get boats out early when the season begins. It was late May before the boat could be launched. When I brought in the boat in the fall it was clean. When I went to get some things off the boat in the spring it was filthy. There were even dirty footprints on the seats. When I complained they said they have no control over the elements and they don't wash boats. Unless you pay for that, of course. All that was after I decided to sell my boat through them. That's when more of the hidden costs came into play. They did things without asking me and then charged me for them. They have all kinds of positive sayings posted around the office acting like they approach things from a more grounded and connected standpoint. Don't fall for it.

Within a short period of time, the engine began making abnormal sounds and then stopped running altogether. Being stranded on the water after just paying for repairs is unacceptable and resulted in the added expense and inconvenience of needing a tow back to shore. The customer service experience did not inspire confidence either. While waiting for my boat, I observed Bill Wood repeatedly raising his voice at employees, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere for both customers and staff. During my conversation with him, his behavior struck me as unusual and unprofessional. He appeared disoriented and gave me the impression that he may have been under the influence of alcohol, although I cannot say that for certain. Regardless of the cause, it did not inspire confidence in the management of the business. Between the failed repair, the inconvenience of being stranded on the water, and the poor customer service experience, I left with serious concerns about the quality of both the work and the professionalism at this location. Based on my experience, I would not return and cannot recommend this business.

When I arrived there was a wedding taking place. The view is beautiful, a good place to have a wedding. After our sail we went to the bar and had a few margaritas and brisket nachos. The bar and restaurant were nice. The price was good and so were the nachos. It was standard pub fare. The staff was friendly and quick. It was a nice place to visit with a beautiful view of the lake.

They talked me into making a $1000 "refundable" deposit and then drive within 2 weeks to Oshkosh WI to view and decide if I want to purchase the boat. I went to Wisconsin and was disappointed the boat was not as advertised and quite different then the new boat show model so I decided against the purchase. Till this day I have still not received a refund, which I told would be automatic if I did not move forward with the deal within 2 weeks. My latest email has enough nerve to blame me for not moving forward and states "I do not deserve a refund". That said I would advise people to be ware of doing business with skipper buds, as it's disappointing at best that such a large dealer operates in this fashion.
