There's…read morehardly any wait time at all when your checking in the front office, where they also sell t-shirts with their logo on them. Both times I came in for windshields to be replaced, I found them very positive and professional. They have never made me feel inferior or stupid because I'm female and has always answered my questions. The place is always kept clean and organized which is really nice too. I believe I waited 20-30 min for them to get my vehicle done each time. Today, with the chip in my windshield I came in and was instantly greeted by a mechanic. He came out to look at my chip. He said they don't do windshield patches but he knows someone who does if it's not more than a quarter of an inch long. Unfortunately my chip was about an inch long so I'll have to hold off. I appreciated that he was going to send me somewhere else where I could've gotten helped. He also assured me that chips like mine could stay for 2 to 3 years without any problem, but if it's starts spidering into my line of vision then I could bring it back to get it replaced. I've never come here for anything else to be worked on but I do know I do trust them with my vehicle for anything. It also helps that their prices are great too.
